444 Casino is a Grace Media online casino and slot site with a particularly generous welcome offer.
444 Casino was launched in 2023 but, as is often the way with new online casinos, wasn’t promoted widely at the time. Now it’s being brought to a whole new audience by a team that have bags of experience running Grace Media casinos.
Why 444 Casino? As far as we are 444 does not have any superstitious significance in any culture. Given that 333, 666, 777 and 888 are all already taken, if you want the name of your casino to contain an “angel number” (a repetitive series of numbers), 444 is one of the only choices left.
444 Casino has very little in the way of visual theming. Nevertheless, the operator has done a very good job of ensuring that the casino’s name remains relevant and memorable, by theming the welcome offer on the number 444. This incidentally means that you can get a much bigger bonus at 444 Casino than at other Grace Media casinos by simply depositing more money.
To register an account at 444 Casino, you start by choosing a password which you enter along with your name, date of birth and email address. Next, you enter your address and mobile phone number, agree to the terms and conditions and opt in to whatever marketing channels (email, SMS) you’d like them to use to send you offers. That’s all there is to it!
444 Casino specialises in slot games. There’s a few live casino games (by Ezugi), a dozen or so table games and a small selection of instant win and crash games, but the emphasis is really very much on slot games – of which they have a very decent selection, all served up in a very pared down lobby that works particularly well on a mobile device.
Let’s start by looking at the “Welcome Slots” lobby area as this is where the welcome bonus is to be used. It’s a roll call of absolute classics – Rainbow Riches, Starburst, Fluffy Favourites, Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza, Chilli Heat etc – but with just 18 games included there’s not much variety.
Go elsewhere in the lobby, though, and you’ll find hundreds of other games to choose from once you’ve used your bonus. With little lobby categorisation apart from new releases and Drops And Wins (for games currently included in the popular and long running Pragmatic Play network promotion), you can find games by browsing through the alphabetical list in the All Games part of the lobby or by using the search box which also allows you to filter games by the provider (very useful this, as Grace Media work with more than 40 different games studios).
There’s no area in the lobby for progressive jackpots and that’s because they don’t have any; although there are quite a few games by Eyecon (Fluffy Favourites, Beat The Bobbies, Shaman’s Dream etc) and Red Tiger (Dynamite Riches Megaways, Piggy Riches Megaways) that you might normally expect to find as progressive jackpots, these are the non progressive versions. If the absence of progressive jackpots isn’t a deal breaker for you it’s a pretty good selection, with a carefully curated range of games from each provier.
In the case of slot games such as Starburst and Book of Dead which have variable Return to Player, it’s been set somewhere in the middle of the range and isn’t shown in the lobby – you can find out what it is by checking the in game help files before you start to play.
The promotions page at 444 Casino is fairly sparse. When we visited there was just the welcome offer plus daily and weekly spin the wheel offers giving players the opportunity to win slot spins (with a wagering requirement and win cap). To spin the daily wheel you needed to have deposited at least £20 in the last 3 days and to spin the weekly wheel, you needed to have deposited a substantial £200 in the last 7 days. Unless you were able to claim another deposit offer at the same time, this seems a little excessive given that the top prize on the weekly wheel is 75 spins at a 10p spin value. The spin the wheel offers run until December 2024 after which they will likely be replaced with something different.
444 Casino offers a good range of different deposit methods (in fact, they’ve recently added more) and there’s no charge for withdrawals as long as they are more than £30.
If you are looking for somewhere to play slots on your mobile phone and aren’t put off by the lack of progressive jackpots, you may want to take a look at 444 Casino – especially if any of your favourite games are in the “Welcome Slots” selection.
30x (deposit + bonus), 30x spins winnings – on slots only. Cash play does not contribute and a few games are excluded.
Grace Media casinos all have a very nicely laid out Safer Gambling policy document which can be accessed via a link at the bottom of the page. It’s split into a range of different topics (e.g. deposit limits, support and advice) presented in easily digestible chunks that are easy to navigate on a mobile phone. The safer gambling tools they offer are just the usual deposit limits, reality check, cooling off and self exclusion, along with a reminder to check your account history.
There’s also a section about safer gambling in the FAQ which goes into more detail about how to activate and use deposit limits and other safer gambling tools.
