- Can I phone you? - We don't have an office phone number as we don't have an office (we all work remotely).
- Do you accept guest posts? - We do not accept guest posts. Please do not waste our time and yours by asking to place a guest post.
- Can we collaborate on a blog post? - We occasionally do Q&A sessions with operators, games suppliers and other industry figures but only if we think they will be of genuine interest to our users.
- Can I get my casino listed on your site? - Does your casino have a UK Gambling Commission licence? If so, please send further details via the contact form and we'll get back to you. If your casino doesn't have a UK licence it cannot be listed on Best New Bingo Sites.
- Can I advertise on your site? - We do not offer banner ads or sponsored links to other sites. We only offer affiliate links to operators, and only as part of bingo or casino site listings and reviews.
- I signed up to a bingo site or casino via Best New Bingo Sites and didn't receive the welcome offer. - Please send us details of when and how you signed up and what happened after that, and we will follow it up with the operator.
- I have had a problem with a casino or bingo site I signed up to via Best New Bingo Sites, but it's not related to the welcome offer. - Unfortunately we can't help with this as we do not hold or have access to any player information. Please take it up with the site directly and follow their complaints procedure.
