Our aim is to build a one-stop hub for all matters bingo and slot related – we think we’re pretty much there on the bingo but there’s still much more to come on the slots and we’re really excited about that.

Why don’t you have a phone number?
We don’t have a phone number because we are not based in an office – we all work remotely in different locations.
What support do you provide?
Best New Bingo Sites is an intermediary and when you sign up at a bingo or slot site via our link, your relationship is with them not us. This means that we don’t have any access to player data. Nevertheless we will try to help if you have an issue with any of the offers advertised on our site (e.g. bonus codes not working). Please use the contact form for any problems of this nature.
How do you choose which sites to review?
On Best New Bingo Sites, we only review and list sites which have a UK Gambling Commission licence and a welcome offer for bingo or slots.
Who writes the reviews?
Our reviews are written in house by Sue Dawson, or by our freelance contributors, all of whom are hand picked industry experts with extensive experience of depositing and playing at online casinos and bingo sites. We aim to review sites honestly, highlighting any negative points as well as positive points.
What do you look for when you review sites?
As well as giving you all the information about licence, payment methods accepted, software and so on, some of the things we look at are usability on different devices, range of games, how often new games are added, how easy it is to find the game you want, what types of promotions they run and how easy it is to withdraw.
