Ted Bingo

Ted Bingo opened in 2016 as a sister site to Moon Bingo and many others.  In those days there were few restrictions on what imagery could be used to promote bingo sites, so the operator really went to town with the character of Ted.

Ted was a teddy bear, but not the naughty teddy bear from the film and the slot game; he was a James Bond style secret agent and the original design of the site had him quaffing a cocktail, mixing a cuddly toy with alcohol which would NEVER be allowed at a gambling site now.  All of the promotions at the original Ted Bingo including the welcome offer were presented as secret agent missions.  This added an extra dimension to the player experience which is unfortunately no longer in evidence after the theming was removed.

What you do see, even before you register and log into the lobby, is that there’s a Ted Wheel which can be spun as the welcome offer – and once you’ve signed up for an account you will find that there’s more of the same in the form of a trophy wheel that can be spun when you fill the meter on the trophies page by completing achievements based on depositing and playing.  If this sounds familiar, yes it is quite similar to the trophy collection found at Jumpman sites but with two important differences:

1. Some trophies contribute more than others to filling the meter
2. Most trophies can be collected once a week or even once a day, unlike the Jumpman ones which can only be collected once

Still quite like missions, then!

The choice of bingo rooms at Ted Bingo is looking pretty good following the big reorganisation of Dragonfish bingo rooms that tool place in 2022.  “Linked & Loaded” 75 ball and 90 ball rooms are shared with pretty well every other Dragonfish site, as are Suit Up and the Mystery Jackpots Room.  Other rooms are only shared with sister sites and include a selection of sliding jackpot games (which offer a very small chance of winning a large prize) four of which are free to play.

As you’d expect from a Dragonfish site Ted Bingo also has a massive range of slot games (you won’t see just how big it is until you’re logged into the lobby).  Not all of them can be played with slot bonus (a need to know if you win slot spins on Ted’s Wheel as the winnings are paid as a bonus) but there’s no need to memorise any lists of these as they are simply marked Real Money in the lobby and there’s still plenty of other games to choose from.

Then of course, there’s the huge advantage of Dragonfish – the bonuses never expire as long as you continue to log in and play regularly.  So if you did happen to win the top prize of £500 bonus on Ted’s Wheel, you could take as long as you like to play through and enjoy it.
