Fabulous Bingo is associated with Fabulous magazine, a fashion and lifestyle oriented colour supplement which comes free with the Sun newspaper every weekend.

It’s not surprising, then, that Fabulous Bingo followed the Sun’s own bingo site in moving from Gamesys to Virtue Fusion/Playtech back in August 2016. Like its more famous sister, Fabulous Bingo is now directly managed by Playtech who supply a great range of slot and live casino games alongside the bingo.

The most recent redesign of Fabulous Bingo has moved away from strictly fashion and lifestyle theming to a pared down design with a cool, relaxed vibe. For example, the bingo rooms used to be named after fashion capitals of the world (New York, London, Paris etc) but now they have names like Disco Diva and Ab Fab. Everything has also been optimised to work well on mobile devices.

Getting Started At Fabulous Bingo

To register at Fabulous Bingo, you need to complete three screens of personal details; they helpfully remind you that the name and surname you enter must match what is on your passport or driving licence. It’s a particularly easy form to complete as much of the information (country, currency, dialling code) is prefilled and there’s automatic address lookup.

ll you need do then is choose a username and password, agree to the terms and conditions and opt into whatever marketing channels you prefer (email, SMS, phone call, post). You can also choose whether you just want to hear about offers and promotions from VF2011 (the operator of both Sun and Fabulous) or whether you’d also like to hear from News Group Newspapers.

After registering you’ll be taken straight to the deposit screen (without being shown the welcome offer again). Debit card is the only option for your initial deposit (you can add other payment methods later).

Bingo Games at Fabulous Bingo

Fabulous Bingo has the full version of the Playtech bingo lobby with all games present and pre-buy from the schedule up to a week ahead (as opposed to the cut down version you’ll find at some other sites with Playtech bingo). There are around 20 bingo rooms on offer including:

• There’s also session bingo 4 times a day – morning, afternoon, evening and twilight. For these games, you buy a package in advance giving you the same number of tickets for each game in the session.
• The exclusive All Winners bingo games play daily and weekly; the only way to get tickets for these is to win them in the special feature games.
• Free bingo is available from 2pm until 6pm every day but you need to have made a deposit in the last 30 days to enter the room.
• Finally there are three bingo rooms which are solely for the purpose of running Playtech’s network daily, weekly and monthly jackpots. At the time of writing in March 2025, there’s a prize pool of £5000 in the daily game, £15,000 in the weekly game and £100,000 in the monthly game.

Slot Games At Fabulous Bingo

It comes as no surprise that the range of slot games at Fabulous Bingo is similar to that at Sun Bingo.

There’s a number of Sun exclusives including Winning Headlines and Mystic Meg as well as Sun Cash Pots, Sun Bonanza and Sun Slingo plus plenty of classics like Immortal Romance (the original and sequel) and many Rainbow Riches and Fluffy games but unusually, no Starburst.

Progressive jackpots include Blueprint’s Jackpot King, IGT MegaJackpots, Power Play, Gladiator, Kingdoms Rise and Age of the Gods from Playtech and many titles by Eyecon, in addition to the classic Virtue Fusion slot games such as the original version of Clover Rollover you’ll find inside the bingo lobby.

The main slots lobby features several carousels to showcase a dozen or so games from each of a few categories. For example, when I last visited there was a showcase for the 10X Series. New games, featured slots and some of the progressive jackpots are showcased in the same way but if you want to dig a bit deeper into the games library, you’ll need to use the search box.

There are so many Slingo games at Fabulous Bingo (more than 60) that they have their own area,where you’ll also find a number of other instant win games including scratchcards and Lucky Tap.

The Casino & Live lobby area is powered by Playtech and includes live and RNG blackjack and roulette, including novelty versions of the game such as Age of the Gods Roulette and Cash Collect Roulette. There’s also a great selection of Playtech game shows including The Money Drop Live, Buffalo Blitz Live and Aventures Beyond Wonderland.

Other Things To Consider

The Promotions page at Fabulous Bingo is full of reminders about enhancements to the bingo schedule as well as occasional prize draws, stake and get offers and bonus games. You can view all of the promotions at once or split them between bingo and slots (which is useful as there are so many of them).  Fabulous and Sun are known for running promotions with money-can’t-buy prizes, such as the Fabulous All Star Hotel Weekend from 2023.

From the Promotions page, you can also access the Community area of the site to learn about the loyalty points scheme, how to use chat and where to find Fabulous Bingo on social media, and the Blog area which has reviews of slot and casino games and various articles about online bingo and slots.

Customer support at Fabulous Bingo is OK rather than outstanding. Once you locate the Help section (it’s linked from the bottom of the page) you will find a fairly comprehensive collection of FAQs. It’s easy to navigate on any device, although the colour scheme is a bit washed out making some of the buttons difficult to read. The answers tend to be on the terse side but if you need more help there’s a button to submit a request. There’s also a live chatbot for logged in players.

Final Thoughts

Fabulous Bingo is a fantastic Playtech bingo site that is nothing like as well known as its more famous sister – a bit of a hidden gem, in fact! If you’re looking for a full fat bingo site with a proper sense of community, it could be just what you’re after.
