Robin Hood Bingo is powered by Dragonfish and is part of a network that also includes Sugar Bingo. Their very generous welcome offer has now been enhanced with some slot spins.
Robin Hood Bingo is a bit different to the usual Dragonfish network bingo sites and may be more suited to players who prefer to play slots. For a start, it doesn’t have that many bingo rooms. As of December 2021, the line-up includes three rooms shared with the Dragonfish network but under different names (Linked & Loaded 90 aka 90s Extreme, Linked & Loaded 75 aka Big Fat 10 and Forest Fun aka Chatterbox) but not rooms like Bounce’T, Roller Coaster and Late Night Show. Instead there’s an hourly 75 ball game plus a 5 line room and a 90 ball room that are only shared with sister sites and are quite quiet. Under Special Jackpots you’ll find more widely networked rooms in the form of Suit Up and Bingo Roulette (both based on the same 52 ball playing card influenced game engine) plus a couple of special games in which all the prizes are slot spins.
Robin Hood Bingo has a number of regular jackpot games which you’ll find under Exclusive; the prizes look very impressive but it is important to understand that they are all sliding jackpot games which means that it’s incredibly unlikely that anyone would ever win the top prize, especially not the million pound jackpot in the Self Made Millionaire monthly game. These jackpot games are instead of, not as well as, the usual Dragonfish weekly jackpots.
Finally there are four free bingo rooms, all requiring a recent deposit of varying sizes but with decent prizes, and occasional promotional specials.
So basically, the bingo is a little bit on the sketchy side. The slots, however, are excellent and there’s a massive choice of 500+ games (some can’t be played with bonus but they are clearly marked Real Money Only).
The promotions, too, are rather geared towards slots. It’s all based on a trophy system; you complete achievements by depositing, playing and winning and each trophy contributes toward unlocking your next Prize Wheel spin, filling the meter by anything from 10% to 100% depending on how difficult the trophy is to get. Lots of the trophies can be collected multiple times! For example “deposit 10 on a Monday” can be done every week. The Prize Wheel awards games bonus, bingo bonus, slot spins, bingo tickets or loyalty coins.
If this kind of player reward system appeals to you and/or you like sliding jackpots, Robin Hood Bingo still has much to offer despite its age (and we should point out that although it is an old site, the version of the Dragonfish lobby it has is bang up to date).
It’s got the same Responsible Gaming content as all Dragonfish sites, linked from the home page footer and from “useful links” in My Account when inside the lobby. It has comprehensive advice and links and basic safer gambling tools with direct links to activate them.
