Mr Mega is Sharp Connection Ltd’s second Aspire site and looks set to offer players considerably more than most other sites on the platform.
The casino + sportsbook combination seems to be very fashionable – and popular with UK players – at the moment and Mr Mega have picked an especially good time to launch, as Aspire have just finished migrating their sportsbook product to the BtoBet platform which they purchased back in 2020. It’s an impressive product covering a wide variety of sports and including in-play betting; if it looks a bit odd at first you probably need to use the dropdown at the top to switch from decimal (European style) odds to fractional (UK style).
Sportsbook aside, what about the casino? It’s split into two areas, Casino and Live Casino, and the former is where you’ll find all the slot games, more than 300 of them. There’s not a lot of different ways to browse through them; the only categories are for Featured, New and Jackpots (not too many of those). You can, however, sort A-Z which is helpful and probably the best way to find new games you might like, especially on mobile where it’s really easy to scroll through them at lightning speed. There’s also a facility to search by game name or provider which starts to show results when you put just two characters in but it’s not that useful for sorting by provider as the games are apparently classified by who provides the feed rather than by who wrote the game. For example, Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt, Gonzo’s Quest Megaways and the original Gonzo’s Quest game (which are actually by Evolution, Red Tiger and NetEnt respectively) all show up as Pariplay. Once you wrap your head around that, you’ll find lots of popular games along with several recent releases.
The Live Casino area has a big selection of roulette, blackjack and baccarat tables, a bit of poker and some Evolution game shows (including first person versions for those who aren’t keen on live dealers).
Promotions at Mr Mega are more geared towards the sportsbook than the casino but this is to be expected from a site of this nature. If you’re looking for somewhere to play slots & casino games and bet on sport, it could be just the thing.
