Rich Ride

It’s good to see Rich Ride make the move to the new version of the Grace Media lobby as the old lobby was very cluttered looking, but it does seem to have lost most of its theming in the process and now looks very plain.  On the other hand, the original theming screamed casino rather than slots so wouldn’t have been appropriate any more anyway given that the site no longer has any live dealer games.

Another thing that Rich Ride doesn’t have is progressive jackpots; it seems that Grace Media don’t offer these on their platform any more.  All of the Red Tiger games, for example, are non jackpot versions.

No jackpot slots, no live dealer games…so what DO they have at Rich Ride?  The answer is, a big collection of regular slot games with a few table games mixed in (good luck finding those though as there’s no tab in the lobby for them).  The games are listed in what appears to be no particular order and can’t be sorted A-Z, so it really is a question of either browsing through the lot or knowing the name of the game you want and locating it using search.  Here is where it might be helpful to have lobby categories to help players find games they might like, but Rich Ride doesn’t have many of those.  New and Popular are self explanatory and Welcome Slots isn’t relevant at Rich Ride (it’s the games you can play with a welcome bonus offer, but Rich Ride has a spins offer instead).  If you are a fan of Megaways slots you’ll be happy though, as there’s a Megaways lobby category with more than 60 of them to choose from.

The game search facility is OK, displaying results as soon as you’ve typed in at least 3 characters.  It comes with an option to filter by game provider but this isn’t 100% reliable (TED, for example, is on site in regular and Megaways versions but doesn’t show up when you try to show all the Blueprint slots).

If you are a fairly casual player who’s happy with a few old favourites with the occasional foray into whatever’s in the Popular or New section, you’ll probably find the simplicity of the Rich Ride lobby appealing.  The same goes for the promotions – they major in easy to find and easy to understand deposit based spins offers, many of which can be claimed several times on repeat deposits.  The offers change from month to month, giving the players the opportunity to collect bonus spins on different slot games.  You’ll never win big from any of these offers due to the max convertible being set at 4x bonus, but it certainly adds to the entertainment.
