Betreels

When Betreels originally launched back in 2016 it was on what was then the Nektan platform; like many other brands, it later moved to a different platform and the current version was launched on Progress Play in 2021.

The Progress Play version of Betreels has many advantages as compared to the earlier version.  One very obvious improvement is the addition of a sportsbook, something which never materialised at Nektan (not for UK facing sites anyway); it’s clear from the name of Betreels that the sportsbook was part of the original vision for the site.  It’s a good looking product which is available in Classic and Modern views; the former is more suited to a desktop computer screen and the latter to a mobile phone.  Users can also switch between Live and Pre-match markets and choose between various odds formats including Fractional which is most commonly used in the UK and Decimal which is normally used in continental Europe.  There are thousands of bets available on sports and esports events all over the world and an array of sports promotions including free bets, cashback and leaderboards mostly focusing on specific sports.

So much for the sportsbook – what about the casino?  That’s pretty good as well!  Progress Play have been working over the last few years to bring more and more games studios on board and now boast games from more than 50 different games providers.  It’s not just small studios either; a recent high profile addition was a selection of slot and live casino games by Playtech (you’ll find these in the Vegas and Live areas of the lobby).

Finding fresh games to try is made much easier by the ability to search by provider as well as search by name (although you can’t do both at the same time).  You can also visit the new Providers tab in the latest version of the lobby (which Betreels now has) to see all the games by each studio.  And by the way, the search facility is super powerful and turns up games and providers when you’ve put just two characters in the box; put in “mi”, for instance, and you’ll see Microgaming, Nolimit City, Rainbow Riches Pick’n’Mix, Diamond Mine and many others.

The Progress Play platform has a couple of other big plus points as well.  One is the promotions; they include cashbacks, leaderboards and deposit offers (which are changed each month to keep things fresh) and with a bit of forward planning you can collect spins or a bonus on every deposit.  And speaking of deposits, the other plus point is the range of payment methods they accept, with none apart from Skrill and Neteller excluded from bonus offers.
