What is Super Spins?

Super Spins is tombola’s latest free daily game, replacing Free Vibes at tombola arcade.

Daily games are something that tombola have been doing very well indeed for years, although the present free to play format only dates back to 2020 (the game prior to that – Worlds  – cost 1p to play and the one before that – Stars – had to be played every day for a week).  Players get one daily game play on tombola bingo and one on tombola arcade and it is only since the introduction of Free Form in June 2022 that there have been different games on each site (prior to that you played the same game twice).  Daily games are on site for most of the year (they usually take a break in November and December to make way for I’m A Celeb related promotions and the tombola Advent Calendar).

Free Form was specially developed for tombola bingo and plays and feels very much like a bingo game.  Now it is the turn of tombola arcade to get its own specially designed free daily game.  Super Spins has also been designed for a mobile phone and even when you play it on a desktop computer the play area is shaped like a phone screen.

How To Play Super Spins

To play Super Spins, you must have a verified account at tombola with a registered mobile phone number and you must be opted into SMS communications.  Once opted in, players receive a 4 digit code each Monday which has to be entered in the lobby to access Super Spins (and Free Form) for the rest of the week.

Super Spins is basically a scratchcard with two bonus rounds; one mimics a slot machine and the other is a spin the wheel affair, so all very apt for tombola arcade.  Hit the Play button to get started.  You’ll see a 3 x 3 card in the middle of the play area.  Now, touch or click on each of the 9 spaces on the card to reveal the symbols; you need three of a kind to win.

• 3 of the same prize symbol – win that prize
• 3 stars – play the bonus game.  This is a slot machine style game (at the top of the play area) which gives you another chance to match 3
• 3 free play symbols – spin the free plays wheel of fortune (at the bottom of the play area) and win the number of free plays it lands on

Free plays are valid for 7 days and can be used on any game on tombola arcade, with a stake value of 10p.

Super Spins – The Prizes

So what can you win?  There’s more than 80,000 prizes on offer each week and tombola say these are worth at least £25,000.  The prize values are:

• Cash – £100 or £1000
• Bonus – 20p, £1, £5, £10, or £20
• Free plays – 1, 2, 5 or 10

By far the most common prizes are 20p bonus (a minimum of 32,000 of these are to be won each week) and free plays (a minimum of just short of 50,000 of these are to be won each week).  The cash prizes, on the other hand, are rare – just one of each of these two top prizes is guaranteed to be won each week.
