2023 Christmas Bingo & Slot Promotions

Christmas is traditionally the time of year when UK bingo and slot sites really push the boat out with promotions and we’re delighted to report that 2023 is no exception!

Special Bingo Games

11th December  – Festive Bingoton Ballroom from 7pm – 10pm at Paddy Power Bingo. To gain entry to this free bingo room, play £10 on bingo between 1st and 10th December.  It has games running every 6 minutes with prize pools of £150 or £300, plus a prize draw with 30 x £50 shopping vouchers to be won.

Every day, 10th-23rd December – Xmas Bingo at Dragonfish bingo sites.  The Xmas Topper games play at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm and the Xmas Cash Bonanza plays at 9pm.  They are all 90 ball games.  In the Xmas Topper games, which have a ticket price of 10p, the prizes are 5, 10 and 15 tickets to the Xmas Cash Bonanza game for 1L, 2L and FH respectively.  The Xmas Cash Bonanza game has a ticket price of 20p and the prizes are going to be getting bigger as the promotion goes on, starting at £100.  There’s a total of £10,000 to be won in all.

Every day until 17th December – Crimbo Dinner Hamper at Sun Bingo.  These 10p bingo games play from 3.15pm till 9.45pm in three of their 90 ball bingo rooms.  The full house prize is a Christms Day food hamper plus £40 voucher.

Every evening until 25th December – Advent Escalators at Virtue Fusion bingo sites.  This escalator jackpot promotion runs in the Fluffy Favourites room from 6pm to 11.59pm, with £5000 to be won every evening and £10,000 on Fridays and Christmas Day.  The ball count increases from its default 35 calls by 2 an hour starting at 6pm and if the jackpot hasn’t dropped by ten to midnight it’s guaranteed to drop in the next game.

26th, 29th, 30th & 31st December and 1st January – Daily Escalators at Virtue Fusion bingo sites.  In this escalator jackpot promotion, the featured bingo room (network 75 on 26th & 31st, network 90 on 29th and DOND 90 on 30th & 1st) runs not one but FOUR escalators – one an hour from 7pm till 11pm.  The ball count goes up by 1 every 5 minutes and each jackpot (which is split 50/50 between the full house winner and the rest of the tickets in the game) is a minimum of £12,500.

Friday 29th December – Monthly Madness at Virtue Fusion bingo sites.  This £100K 90 ball game plays at 10pm in a room of its own (for ease of advance ticket purchase) and we expect it to run in other 90 ball rooms too.  The prizes are a massive £75,000 for full house, with £2500 for one line, £7500 for two lines and 6 Roll Ons of £2500 each.  Tickets are on sale priced at 10p each, with a maximum purchase of 100 tickets per player.

Every Friday in December apart from 29th – Friday Night Frenzy at Virtue Fusion bingo sites.  This £25K 90 ball game runs at 10pm in a room of its own and linked to other 90 ball rooms.  The full house prize is £20,000, there’s £100 for 1L and £1500 for 2L plus 5 Roll On prizes of £500 each.  Tickets are 2p each.

Every evening in December apart from Fridays – Evening Extravaganza at Virtue Fusion bingo sites.  This £5K 90 ball game runs at 10pm in a room of its own and…you know the drill.  There’s a prize of £2500 for full house, £500 for 1L, £1000 for 2L and 5 Roll Ons of £200 each.  Tickets are 10p each.

Sunday 31st December – NYE 24K Bingo at Paddy Power.  Opt in and play £10 in any bingo room 25th – 30th December to gain entry to 4 hours of free bingo from 7pm on New Year’s Eve.

Monday 1st January – Britain’s Biggest Bingo is back at tombola!  This 90 ball game which has a guaranteed minimum full house prize of a massive £250,000 will play at 9pm and tickets are on sale now for 50p a strip (maximum 4 strips per player).  Buy the maximum £2 of tickets before 6th December to receive 10 free plays for tombola arcade which will be credited by 5pm on 13th December.  If tombola sell more tickets than are needed to cover the £250,000, all additional money staked will be added to the prize.

Tuesday 2nd January  – monthly £150K Bingo Game at Entain bingo sites. It runs at 9pm with tickets priced at 10p, and tickets are on sale now.  The prizes have been upped from the previous total prize pool of £100K and there’s now a massive £100,000 for full house, £20,000 for 2 lines, £15,000 for 1 line, a £7500 share for 1TG and 5 Roll On prizes of £1500 each.  To help the servers cope with the tens of thousands of players who buy into this game, ticket sales close half an hour before it starts.

We’re expecting some festive specials from Pragmatic Play bingo sites,  but there’s no details yet.  In the meantime, the Bingo Blast room has had a seasonal retheme as Bauble Blast.

Prize Draws & Giveaways

At Jumpman bingo and slot sites there are two prize draws for December:

1. Air Fryer Giveaway. This prize draw has ten prizes of a Tefal Easy Fry EY905D40 8.3L Dual Air Fryer & Grill (or £199 cash alternative) to be won across all Jumpman sites.  Players get one entry for each £10 they play on the Rich Little Piggies Meal Ticket slot during December.
2. £2K Monthly Slingo Bonus Giveaway – this draw will be run every month until January 2024.  There are 40 prizes, again across all Jumpman sites, of £50 bonus (with the usual 65x wagering requirement and a max conversion equal to lifetime deposits up to £250).  Players get one entry for each £10 of play on Slingo games during the month.

The Virtue Fusion £200K Slots Prize Draw runs for the last time in December at Virtue Fusion bingo sites.  In this final month of the year long promotion, the focus is on classic Virtue Fusion slots.  Collect one draw entry for each £10 of cash play until 28th December on AOTG Lord Of Lightning, Big Top Tombola JP, Bouncy Balls JP, Cleopatras Chest JP, Clover Rollover JP, Fireworkz Blitz JP, George And The Dragon JP, Hollywood Boulevard JP, Mafia Millions JP, Marine Mayhem Mini JP, Pet Luck JP, Pirate Plunder JP and Snow Queens Magic JP, and from 22nd – 28th December collect double entries on AOTG Lord of Lightning, Big Top Tombola Jackpot, Fireworkz Blitz Jackpot and Snow Queens Magic Jackpot.  The draw takes place on 29th December and there are more than 10,000 cash prizes to be won.  It’s going to be interesting to see what form this promotion takes in 2024 – will it be back to running occasionally with bigger prizes or will it remain a regular thing?

At Gala Bingo there is a free to enter prize draw promotion called All The Calls.  They have made a video in three parts (for their new TV ad) which contains references to all 90 bingo calls; watch the video and identify all of the calls correctly to enter.  There are FOUR prize draws to enter, all taking place on 8th December.  There’s £30,000 of prizes to be won in the first three draws (one for each of the three parts of the video) with thousands of prizes each time. Everyone who gained entry to all three of these draws by correctly identifying all of the bingo calls in all three parts of the video will also be entered into the fourth draw, which has just one prize of a whopping £20,000 cash.

At Foxy Bingo there’s an extra prize draw in connection with the new Foxy Perks player rewards scheme.  The way that this works is that after opting in (which needs to be done weekly) you can collect a stamp each day by completing the offer of the day.  At the end of each week, you get entered into one of three prize draws depending on whether you collected 1, 2 or 3+ stamps during the week.  You can enter the special Christmas prize draw, which has a top prize of £1000 cash and more than 2000 smaller prizes of cash of Uber/Uber Eats voucher codes by collecting 15 stamps before 21st December. Much the same promotion is also running at Foxy Games, but you collect gems not stamps, the daily offers are different and so is the prize distribution in the Christmas prize draw.  Both Foxy sites can be played with the same login and you can easily switch from one to the other without logging out.

At Double Bubble Bingo there’s a weekly prize draw, running every Thursday to Wednesday until 27th December. You can enter a draw by opting in and playing £25 cash on Fishin’ Frenzy, Saint Nicked, Mega Bars Jackpot King, Eye of Horus and/or Crabbin’ For Cash Extra Big Catch Jackpot King.  Only one entry per player per draw is allowed.   Each week, there’s up to 750 bundles of 20 free spins to be won on a different Blueprint slot game.

At Betfred there’s Let It Snow, a highly unusual prize draw.  You will have to navigate away from the bingo part of the site to Betfred Games or to the sportsbook to see this promotion; opt in and you’ll collect one free entry.  Up to 100 more entries can be collected, one each time you place a bet of £1 or more on lottery, sportsbook or virtual sports before 24th December.  What’s so unusual about that? The prizes!  5 entrants will win a whopping £1 million each but ONLY IF

1. EITHER – Snow is lying at Heathrow Airport Weather Station at 9am on Christmas morning
2. OR – Both teams score in every Premier League game in Matchweek 19 (Boxing Day)

There are no other prizes and if neither of these (rather unlikely) things happen, no-one will win anything.

Not to be outdone, Paddy Power are also running a £1 Million Giveaway at Paddy Power Games, but this is a much more conventional affair.  The promotion starts on 8th December and runs weekly until 5th January 2024.  It requires opt in but this only has to be done once, not every week.  Players can collect up to 100 draw entries per day, one for playing the Wonder Wheel free daily game and one for each £5 of cash play on slots.  There’s a staggering 592,004 prizes worth £1 million in all to be won across the 4 weeks of the promotion; each week, there’s one top prize of £10,000 cash, thousands of smaller cash prizes and 75,000 prizes of 10 free spins (on selected Blueprint and exclusive slot games).

Over at Paddy Power Bingo there’s Paddy’s Presents, a £10,000 prize draw promotion that runs until Christmas Eve.  Opt in and get a draw entry for each £2 played in any bingo room.  There are 20 prizes worth £500 each and the winners can choose between the tech bundle, the beauty bundle, the sports bundle, the home bundle and the gaming bundle.  Every day there’s also a present to be opened; on the first day of the promotion it contained 10 free bingo tickets.

At Costa Bingo and sister sites (i.e. Dragonfish sites directly owned by Broadway Gaming) there’s a £5K Xmas Raffle until 20th December; players get one ticket for each £10 of real money play on slot games in the “Xmas” tab in the lobby.

Advent Calendars

At bet365 there’s the seasonal Bingo Express at bet365 bingo and the Festive Express at bet365 games and both are just beautiful to look at, with the offer of the day hauled on screen by a steam locomotive.

At tombola there’s the classic Advent Calendar promotion; open a door each day to reveal a festive symbol and collect sets of three to win cash, bonus or free plays.

At Jumpman bingo and slot sites there’s Santa’s Journey, with doors that can be opened (not every day) to reveal a time limited deposit offer, most of which award spins on festive slot games.  You can find out what they all are by reading the promo page, meaning that the promotion lackks the element of surprise you’d normally expect to find with an Advent calendar.

At Jackpotjoy there’s Jingle All The Way.  Behind the doors of this Advent Calendar are daily prize draw or sharepot promotions.  All involve playing £15 on slots to qualify but the prizes vary – they could be cash, Box Bonanza games, loyalty points, free spins, Win Spins or Lifestyle Vouchers.  If you participate in 10 or more of the 25 promotions you’ll also get a share of 20,000 free spins at the end.

At Buzz Bingo there’s a classic Advent Calendar with a door to open each day revealing free spins, bingo bonus, a stake & get offer or Club vouchers.

At Happy Tiger there’s a free festive scratchcard to claim every day until 31st December.  Match three to win; approximately 1 in 4 cards are winners and the prizes are cash, bonus, no wagering spins or free bingo tickets.

Other Stuff

The daily bingo and minigame missions at Unibet Bingo and bingo.com continue.  Currently (until 31st December) the rewards are winter wonderland themed scratchcards; you can collect a free one every day simply by logging in plus up to 3 more by completing missions.  Every day you can also collect a guaranteed win gold scratchcard by spending £25 on bingo; this can be done up to 9 times and the 10th time, you collect the guaranteed win Star scratchcard with bigger prizes.  The prizes are cash, bingo vouchers, minigame spins with winnings paid in cash or another scratchcard.  Also at these sites, Santa’s £1000 Prize Drop runs every day; one of the 75 ball rooms has been renamed and rethemed as Santa’s Workshop and a random prize drop takes place just before each game starts, to a player with tickets in the game.

At Buzz Bingo their wonderful live bingo sessions now run every day of the week from noon until 10pm. Different features run at lunchtime and then every hour until 8pm, and then after that there’s a different Main Event promotion in the evening for every day of the week, all with live video hosts who join in the chat.

Gamesys sites continue to run free Slot Masters tournaments with cash and free spins to be won and until 31st December some tournaments are on Big River Fishing and some on Cash in the Keep.  Slot Masters tournaments were also a fixture at Entain sites but seem to have been removed now, perhaps because they also run their own free slot tournaments every day.
