Immortal Wins is a vampires-and-werewolves-themed site that entered the online casino scene just in time for Halloween 2021. It’s part of the Jumpman Gaming family, though the difference here is that Immortal Wins leans into its theme more than most Jumpman sites do. Otherwise, however, the basic product – a big slot catalogue and some bingo options – is the same.
Right out the gate, Immortal Wins does a decent job of grabbing your attention. The home page is dominated by a huge promotional banner, and just below that, there’s a carousel of handpicked horror slots that perfectly fit the theme, including games like Curse of the Werewolf Megaways, Wolf Hunters, Vlad’s Castle, and the legendary Immortal Romance from Microgaming. It’s refreshing to see a Jumpman site go all-in on a theme for once.
The site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (for UK players) and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (for everyone else), and shows the usual range of certificates and accreditations. The SSL encryption is courtesy of GoDaddy and there are links to GamStop, BeGambleAware, and the brand’s safer gambling site Jumpman Cares.
As with pretty much every other Jumpman site, however, the deeper you go, the more you realise the layout and functionality are more or less identical to their other brands. The vampire vibes don’t stick around past the homepage, which is a shame because there’s potential for some cool immersive features here.
The sign-up process at Immortal Wins is fast and efficient: just a couple of pages and you’re done. If you’re in a particular hurry, there’s the standard option to register with your PayPal account though if you go that route, you’ll be prompted to make a deposit straight away.
Once you’re registered, things can feel a bit awkward navigation-wise. There are essentially just three options, at the top of the page: Games, Trophies and Promotions, and the whole thing feels like it was designed for mobile first, which is fine if you’re playing on your phone, but on desktop it looks strange and clunky with huge gaps and strangely spaced content.
As this is a Jumpman site, don’t expect to be able to filter or sort the games in any meaningful way. There’s no option to browse by provider, theme, volatility, or RTP. You will find a handful of broad categories, including slots, jackpots and bingo, but that’s about it. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, prepare to spend a while scrolling.
One welcome aspect of Jumpman sites is that they often make room for bingo. As with its sister sites, the bingo product here is run on the Pragmatic Play platform.
There’s a good range of rooms covering all the main types: 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball, and 90-ball, and the room layouts are clear and uncluttered. You can also see the number of players and what the current jackpot is before you join, which is helpful, and as this is a Pragmatic Play network, player numbers and prize liquidity is usually good.
You shouldn’t expect too much beyond the basics, however. There’s no chat feature at all, which is a major negative for bingo fans, as the social element is a key part of the experience. The absence of themed rooms, free bingo and exclusive promotions are also disappointing. If you just want to play a few casual games, it’s perfect, but serious bingo players want a little more.
As with so many Jumpman sites, the slots gaming section is where Immortal Wins shines. There are more than 3,000 slot games here, and that collection covers a wide variety of mechanic and bonus feature. You’ve got games from big names like Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Eyecon, Red Tiger, Blueprint, Big Time Gaming, as well as some from Playtech and Quickspin.
The horror theme is front and centre on the homepage, focusing on the curated collection of vampire and werewolf slots, but when you get into the full games section, it’s the usual Jumpman library, with the usual poorly designed filtering.
There are a few themed collections such as ‘Fishing’ and ‘Cosmic Adventure’, but these are of limited use when you’re trying to narrow down your choices. There is also a jackpot section, but it’s not that exciting as most of the progressives are Eyecon games, and you won’t find the big global jackpots like Mega Moolah or Jackpot King.
There are tabs for casino and live casino games, but these sections are small, with just a handful of blackjack, roulette and baccarat games, and a few live tables from Playtech. It is still good to see these elements retained, however, as many Jumpman sites have ditched the casino games altogether.
The promotions at Immortal Wins are adequate, though they mostly depend on the Mega Reel, the standard promotional game of chance you get to spin after you make a deposit. Prizes range from a handful of free spins to a max of 500, along with other options like Amazon vouchers, though in our experience, these prizes are extremely rare. They also run monthly prize draws, where you get entries by playing certain slots, but since these are run across the entire Jumpman network, your odds of winning are extremely small.
The Trophies concept is the Jumpman gamification feature. You can win hundreds of them, and completing them earns you spins on the Trophy Mega Reel, but you can only qualify for these if you have made a deposit in the preceding 48 hours. The biggest problem with the promotions at this site is the wagering requirement. If you want to convert your bonus winnings, you’ll have to wager the full amount 65 times, which is right up at the high end of the scale.
The other factor to bear in mind here is the poor customer support. You won’t find any live chat or phone options, just an email form that can be opened at the foot of the home page. Replies through this service can take up to 48 hours, which is slow by the standards of modern casino sites. And don’t expect much help from the FAQ section. It’s fairly thin and unless your query is basic, you most likely won’t find the answer in there.
Immortal Wins has one of the better themes we’ve seen from a Jumpman site, and for vampire or horror slot fans, it’s a fun diversion. The massive selection of slots is great, mobile performance is strong, and the Trophies feature adds a bit of modern gamification to the whole experience.
Unfortunately, beneath the spooky exterior of the home page, it’s pretty much the same as every other Jumpman site. The lack of game filters, minimal bingo features, and the sky-high 65x wagering on bonuses really count against it, as does the near non-existent customer support.
Still, if you’re looking for a fun-themed slots site with plenty of slot gaming choice and you’re not too fussed about bonuses or customer service, Immortal Wins is worth a spin. Just go in with your eyes open, and maybe a wooden stake and a garlic necklace.
