Bingo Britain is a truly British bingo site.  It’s owned and operated by Palatial Leisure Limited who are based in Great Yarmouth and also run the bricks and mortar Palace Bingo and Palace casino clubs. Their Managing Director Patrick Duffy has more than 30 years of hands on bingo management experience across the UK and often puts in personal appearances at the clubs. Palatial Leisure aim to “offer the best gambling and entertainment experience possible” so players “get the feeling of a fun night out at bingo from the comfort of your own home”.

Fun fact: Palatial Leisure’s other online venture, The Palaces, was where the Pragmatic Play online bingo product was originally soft launched back in 2019, with the substantial player base from the Palace Bingo clubs providing a ready made initial audience and liquidity.

Although the name Bingo Britain has been around for many years, the current site design and bingo software is from 2021 and until very recently, it was a bingo only site without any slot or casino games.  Now, it’s been moved to a fresh platform powered by EveryMatrix and slots and casino games added prior to relaunch to a wider audience.

Getting Started at Bingo Britain

Registration at Bingo Britain is done in a pop up form which is frankly a bit clunky.  It took me a few attempts to enter my date of birth in the correct format and there didn’t seem to be postcode lookup for the address.  On the other hand, the opt in process for marketing was very easy to understand and navigate.

Once you’ve filled in the form, you will immediately be sent an email with a link to verify your account.  After you’ve done that, log in and you’ll be shown a reminder of the welcome offer. You’re now ready to deposit and play.

When you make your first deposit, you will need to enter the offer code.  You can either do this manually or just tap or click on the little icon that looks like a wrapped gift to have it added automatically.

Something to be aware of is that you can only have one online account at Palatial Leisure Limited, so if you already play at The Palaces you won’t be able to open an account at Bingo Britain too.

You need to be logged in to Bingo Britain to see what bingo rooms there are.  It’s a full line up of Pragmatic Play network bingo rooms:

• The 90 ball room known elsewhere as the Jackpot Room is called The King’s Palace at Bingo Britain.
• There’s also the Drop Pots 90 ball room, and the speed 90 ball game Bingo Blast.
• The 75 ball room known elsewhere as Country Road is called Americano at Bingo Britain.
• The daily and weekly 90 ball jackpot games known elsewhere as Heavy Weight and Super Heavy Weight are called Golden Scoop and Platinum Scoop at Bingo Britain
• The 80 ball Boombox and 30 ball Zoom Room are present and correct

Then there’s Bingo Britain’s two exclusive bingo rooms. One is a free bingo room running three games a day in the early evening, for all players who’ve played at least £5 cash on bingo in the last 30 days. You need to be in the bingo room shortly before the game plays to claim your free tickets. At the time of writing these games each have a prize pool of £35 which is pretty decent for a free game.

The other exclusive bingo room is a bit more exciting and not normally something you see at Pragmatic Play bingo sites.  It’s a 90 ball session bingo room, open for a hour every evening.  Each session consists of 8 games and you can buy tickets for the entire session in advance, from the bingo lobby for today’s session and from the pre-buy screen for sessions up to a month in the future.  Tickets are priced at 1p each and you buy them in bargain bundles.  You can buy 160 tickets for £1, 320 tickets for £2, 800 tickets for £5 or 1600 tickets (the maximum of 200 per game) for £10.  You can also buy more tickets for individual games once the session starts.

In each of the games in the session there’s the potential for the full house winner to win £1000, but it’s what one might call a precipice jackpot. Full house has to be won in 35 or fewer calls for it to be won, and the chances of that are tiny; the full house prize for winning in 36 or more calls is a modest £25. It makes for great entertainment though.

At the time of writing none of these bingo rooms have any hosted chat, but they do have around 40 Pragmatic Play minigames.

Other Games at Bingo Britain

Sometimes, less is more.  The casino lobby at Bingo Britain currently has less than 200 games and most of them are by Pragmatic Play, with a few recently added titles by Games Global and Blueprint plus the two Netent classics Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest. This is enough to give anyone who enjoys Pragmatic Play games (and most do) plenty of choice without being too bewildering.

There’s lots of ways to find games you might want to play, with lobby areas for Fishing Games and Megaways as well as for new and popular games and for crash games (currently just Big Bass Crash, High Flyer and Spaceman). At the time of writing in December 2025, there are no progressive jackpot slots.

You can also filter by the provider (which suggests that there could be more games providers coming onboard in the future) or use the search box (which starts to show results when you’ve entered just two characters).  You can add games to your favourites by activating the star icon on the game tile to make them show up under “My Games”, where you’ll also see your last played and most played games. The game tiles also show the provider; to find further information about the game (bonus features, Return To Player) you need to load it up and look in the game help files.

The live casino lobby at Bingo Britain has a small but perfectly formed selection of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows from Evolution and Pragmatic Play including Crazy Time, Sweet Bonanza Wonderland and other spin the wheel titles. Pro tip; you can find a much bigger live casino selection by launching one of the games and clicking or tapping “Lobby”. That will take you to the Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live lobby where you’ll find many more games.

If you can’t decide what to play, both the casino and live casino lobbies have a Play A Random Game button which does just what it says on the tin.

Other Things To Consider

The promotions page at Bingo Britain definitely focuses on bingo; when I visited there were banners for the daily free bingo, the session bingo and the Pragmatic Play “£12K of Christmas” seasonal special bingo room as well as for the welcome offer.  Bingo Britain also participates in Pragmatic Play’s very popular Drops & Wins network promotion.  If sister site The Palaces is anything to go by, you can expect to receive plenty more promotions via whatever channels you opted into when you registered.

Customer support is excellent.  There’s instantly responsive live chat with a named customer support agent, and you can also email them.  I found the live chat polite and helpful and when my issue couldn’t be resolved on the spot, the team sent a follow up email resolving it within a couple of hours. There’s also a UK phone number you can call for urgent queries about payments only.

The choice of deposit methods is not so good and is arguably Bingo Britain’s weakest point – it’s debit card only.

Final Thoughts

Bingo Britain has impeccable credentials as a properly British bingo site, with bricks and mortar bingo halls as part of the operation. There’s a great range of different types of bingo, a decent range of slot and casino games, an attractive welcome offer and top notch customer service. Definitely worth checking out!
