What Is Big Bass Bingo?
A year on from the launch of Animingo, Pragmatic Play have come up with another great new bingo game, this time themed on everyone’s favourite slot game Big Bass Bonanza.
Big Bass Bingo is based on 30 ball bingo and played on 3×3 cards with a prize for full house. It’s been soft launched with a few Pragmatic Play partners so they might make some tweaks to it before rolling it out across the network.
The graphics in this game are absolutely stunning and really hold a player’s attention; the Big Bass fisherman in his boat gently bobs on the lake, hooks the numbered fish as they swim past and deposits them in his net. If you are fan of the slot game, you won’t be disappointed!
How To Play Big Bass Bingo
You can buy tickets for Big Bass Bingo while inside the bingo room, by using the Quick Buy option in the bingo lobby or from the pre-buy screen where you can buy tickets up to a month in advance.
Tickets are priced at 6p, 8p, 10p or 12p each (apart from the final game just before midnght which has a ticket price of 25p for reasons that will become clear as you read on) and there’s a maximum purchase of 100 tickets per game.
To make things even more interesting, Big Bass Bingo has some extra feature prizes:
Some of the fish are golden. Depending on how many tickets you buy you may have some golden fish spaces on your cards (you will only see these once the game has started); daub these with a golden fish to progress along the track at the bottom of the screen (which looks very like the bonus round track in the slot game) and collect feature prizes of cash or free spins. You will probably find that you need to buy quite a lot of tickets per game to get enough golden fish spaces to have a chance of progressing far enough to collect a prize (and it’s still just a chance, because you have to dab them before full house is called and the number may not come out in time or the fish with that number may be green).

Big Bass Bingo also has two progressive jackpots – DAILY and BIG.
- The DAILY jackpot is currently seeded at £2000 and goes to the full house winner of the first game of the day to be won in 10 calls. If the jackpot hasn’t dropped earlier it’s guaranteed to drop in the final game of the day (which as we noted earlier has a higher than usual ticket price).
- The BIG jackpot is currently seeded at £25000. It’s split between the full house winner and the rest of the tickets in any game that is won in 9 calls (which is extremely unlikely – that’s how come it can be such a substantial amount).
One of the most fascinating and entertaining things about Big Bass Bingo is that you can see the numbers that are coming before they are daubed which adds a new dimension to the game – if the fish you want for full house is in the queue, will someone else get full house with one of the fish before it?

I really enjoyed Big Bass Bingo, but as it’s not a single ticket multi stake game it can be quite expensive to play, especially if you want to have a shot at the prize track feature.

Not all Pragmatic Play bingo sites have added Big Bass Bingo. For example, Jumpman Gaming sites don’t have it (not yet, any way). Here’s some that we know do have it.
