About Betdaq

Betdaq is headquartered in Dublin and is the world’s second largest betting exchange, with around 7% of the global market and more than £75 million worth of bets handled a week.  Between 2013 and 2021, Betdaq was owned by Ladbrokes (which after a series of M&A became Entain plc) but it has now been sold back to its original owner Dermot Desmond, an Irish businessman whose interests extend well beyond the realms of sport and iGaming.

Betdaq has sponsored various football teams and also Kempton Park Racecourse, but not recently.

Getting Started At Betdaq

Joining Betdaq is a three step process. On the first screen, you fill in your name, date of birth and email address.  On the second screen, your address and mobile phone number. And on the third screen, you create a username and password, choose one of the three security questions and accept the terms and conditions.
