About Betdaq

Betdaq is headquartered in Dublin and is the world’s second largest betting exchange, with around 7% of the global market and more than £75 million worth of bets handled a week.  Between 2013 and 2021, Betdaq was owned by Ladbrokes (which after a series of M&A became Entain plc) but it has now been sold back to its original owner Dermot Desmond, an Irish businessman whose interests extend well beyond the realms of sport and iGaming.
