What's Happening At Heart Bingo?

Heart Bingo is one of the oldest and well established names on the UK bingo scene.  On 23rd September 2021, it underwent a radical change.

Heart’s long running relationship with their previous operator came to an end when Global Media & Entertainment (the company behind Heart Radio) decided not to renew that contract and instead enter into a new agreement for well known bookie BetVictor to run Heart Bingo for them, using bingo software from Pragmatic Play.

This hasn’t happened in the same way as most bingo platform changes (for example Gala Bingo’s move from Virtue Fusion to Entain) as the player base hasn’t automatically transferred to the new platform.  If you previously had an account at the old Heart Bingo and want to play at the new Heart Bingo, you’ll need to sign up separately at the new site (where you’ll be able to claim the welcome offer all over again).  It’s even more complicated than that though!

The new Heart Bingo site was given a soft launch earlier this year under the name hbingo and that’s how come it already had a player base in its exclusive rooms from day 1.  Apart from the non network Newbie Room, hbingo launched with just the Pragmatic Play network bingo rooms and without any chat.  Players who had already opened an account at hbingo could simply sign into Heart Bingo on the morning of 23rd September with their hbingo credentials and start playing right away – and those that did, found that several exclusive bingo rooms had been added and hosted chat enabled, complete with chat games with free bingo tickets to be won.
