It's National Bingo Week Again!

What is National Bingo Week?

National Bingo Week 2026 is an expansion of National Bingo Day and runs from 22nd – 28th June.

National Bingo Day is a fairly recent addition to the UK calendar; the British bingo industry imported the idea from the USA (where there’s a national day for pretty well everything) in 2021, as an excuse for a big celebration in bingo clubs as they reopened after more than a year of enforced closures.  Now, it’s more of an awareness raising exercise.

27th June is the actual day and this year it falls on a Saturday.  Historically the biggest bingo promotions, on and offline, have been run at the weekend when players have more time so this year, National Bingo Day itself is the main focus.

Over the last few years, National Bingo Week has been evolving into being all about the celebration of community rather than about specific promotions.  Nevertheless there’s some great things planned and if you get yourself down to your local bingo club, you’ll probably find some more.

National Bingo Game Guaranteed Jackpot

In the evening National Bingo Game on 28th June, the new top prize of £250,000 is guaranteed to be won.

Normally, to win this jackpot in this 50 ball game you’d need to win full house (daub all 10 numbers) in 14 or fewer calls which is quite unlikely; the National Bingo Game runs twice a day and the £250,000 prize has only been won three times this year.  In the special National Bingo Week game, however, the £250,000 will go to the player (or players) who completes full house in the lowest number of calls out of all participating clubs nationwide.

Other National Bingo Week Club Promotions

Individual clubs will be running extra promotions, as well. For example, at Buzz clubs you can enjoy £3 Week with £3 hotdogs and £3 pints on sale alongside many bargain bingo sessions.

Buzz also have 3 Is The Magic Number running both online and offline every afternoon and evening during National Bingo Week. Head to the Live Sessions bingo room where a full house win on 3 or 33 will double your prize money.

National Bingo Week online

National Bingo Week is becoming an increasingly a club focused event and this year many online operators are busy running World Cup themed promotions.  For the 2026 event, there’s just one online promotion that’s not connected with a club in some way. It’s being run by Dragonfish and is basically a repeat of the promotion they ran last year.  The special National Bingo Day game plays at 9pm on National Bingo Day itself, Saturday 27th June.  Tickets for this 90 ball game are priced at 25p each and there’s a fixed full house prize of £1500.
