Chilli Gold 2

Chilli Gold 2 is a 40 line slot by Lightning Box with an RTP of 96.32%, the only one of our chilli themed games to have been released prior to 2018; it came out back in 2016 and it really shows when you compare the graphics with those of the newer games.  The stacked Wild Red Chilli symbol (which appears on reels 2, 3, and 4 only) is the key to this game – not only is it wild, but it triggers the bonus round of anything from 3 free spins for 6 chillies to 21 free spins for 12 chillies  – the maximum that can appear on the 5×4 array.  Chilli Gold 2 also has the Stellar Jackpots feature – a randomly triggered Space Invaders inspired pick-me bonus round; progress through the six levels to play for one of three fixed jackpots.  The original game, Chilli Gold, is much the same but without the Stellar Jackpots.

Chilli Heat

Chilli Heat is a Mexican themed slot by Pragmatic Play and when it was launched at the ICE trade show in February 2018, Pragmatic Play ran a chilli eating contest at their stand.  In this slot, the symbol you want to spin is not the chilli/Tabasco but the money bag – 6 or more of these trigger the bonus round, which consists of three respins with sticky money bags, retriggered every time another money bag comes up.  Fill the entire 3×5 array with money bags to win the Grande Jackpot of 1000x stake.

Chilli Chilli Bang Bang

Chilli Chilli Bang Bang is a 20 line slot by iSoftBet which is actually a bit of a misnomer – the theme is more Mayan Calandar than chillies.  It has no jackpot as such – the maximum win is 2000x stake but that would require filling the screen with wilds during a maximum multiplier free spin.  It still provides plenty of excitement though and that’s without even waiting for the bonus round, as the Chiahuahua figure can add stacked or wandering wilds to the reels at any time.  Chilli Chilli Bang Bang has an RTP of 96.12%

Sizzling Spins

Sizzling Spins isn’t specifically chilli themed (it’s actually themed on a barbecue grill) but chillies are integral to the excitement in this 243 way slot by Play’N’Go, which received a very timely release in the middle of the July heatwave.  The Chilli scatter symbols trigger the 1024 way free spins bonus round and they also increase the multiplier during the bonus round. Sizzling Spins has an RTP of 96.49% and is generally considered to be rather high variance.

Red Hot Chilli Steppa

Red Hot Chilli Steppa is a “Party Pots” progressive jackpot slot by Core Gaming with no fewer than 7 progressive jackpots that can be won in the randomly triggered Party round.  It also has a bonus round that is triggered by spinning three Chilli symbols, with a further twist – it comes in Mild, Hot, Super Hot and Red Hot versions depending on how many of the Chilli symbols land in the “Hot Zone”.  The spicier the bonus round, the better – as with each level of increasing heat, another low scoring symbol is removed from the reels.  Party Pots slots are exclusive to Sky Vegas and can be accessed with a Sky Bingo account.  Red Hot Chilli Steppa has an RTP of 95%, 7% of which is tied up in the Party Pots.

Extra Chilli

Extra Chilli is by Big Time Gaming and could be nicknamed Extra Thrilly!  It combines elements from earlier BTG games and adds a compelling twist of its own.  A Megaways slot with an RTP of 96.2%, it plays like Bonanza with collapsing reels and a conveyor belt of extra symbols to create extra combos.
