Rainbow Riches Slingo At Gala Bingo

Rainbow Riches Slingo is a new twist on Britain’s best known slot machine. Not to be confused with Rainbow Riches Bingo, the 40 ball bingo game that plays across the Virtue Fusion network, the new game is a version of Slingo by Gaming Realms. As a result of a special deal, Rainbow Riches Slingo is available to play at Gala Bingo as well as at Gaming Realms’ own sites.
Slingo is a cross between 75 ball bingo and a slot machine. A set of 5 reels spins below a 75 ball bingo card and the aim is to complete as many lines – Slingos – as possible to win prizes. In the single player versions of Slingo, the player is given a set number of spins to do this, with the option of buying further spins one at a time after that. The price of each extra spin is set at the time, depending on what the player could potentially win from it.
Most Slingo games have a paytable with fixed multipliers depending on the number of Slingos completed, but in Rainbow Riches Slingo there are no fixed prizes. Instead, players can win bonus rounds; the more Slingos you complete, the better the bonus round you get.
Many Slingo games have prizes for completing small numbers of Slingos but in Rainbow Riches Slingo, it is necessary to complete 5 or more Slingos in order to win anything. Although it is possible to do this in the 10 spins you get to start with, it will only happen in a very small number of games.
After the 10 initial spins have been played plus any free spins that have been collected in the course of play, extra spins can be bought. In some Slingo games the extra spins are limited to 4, 6 or 8 but Rainbow Riches Slingo has an unlimited number and this means that if a player wanted to they could buy their way all the way up to the Pots of Gold bonus which pays out a minimum of 50x stake and a maximum of 100x. Each extra spin has an expected Return to Player of 95% (which compounds with the 95.6% of the base game) so the price of the extra spins would get more and more expensive as the player climbed up the paytable. Here, one extra spin has been purchased already, increasing the total staked from 50p to 82p, and the player has the choice of collecting the Wishing Well bonus or spinning again for an additional 36p to try for a better bonus round.
With all those bonus rounds to be won, Rainbow Riches Slingo is probably the most exciting of the single player Slingo games. If you are interested in other forms of Slingo you can read about them in our Slingo guide or play them at many other bingo sites.
