Crystal Maze Bingo at Gamesys

Updated: 1st Aug 2024
Crystal Maze Bingo is a brand new bingo game by Gamesys, themed on the cult TV game show and available to play at JackpotJoy. Each game plays against the background of one of the four zones of the Crystal Maze – Aztec, Medieval, Industrial or Futuristic.
Like many of the most popular bingo variants, Crystal Maze Bingo is a 90 ball bingo game with a feature round, but in this feature round, it’s not just the full house winner who gets to play – everyone who bought 6 or more tickets to the game can participate. The feature round takes place shortly after the game is won and is based on the Crystal Dome round of the original TV show. After pressing the button to opt in, you have 30 seconds to score as many points as possible. This is done by clicking or tapping on the gold and silver notes that are moving around the screen – or rather, by clicking on the gold and NOT clicking on the silver because, just as in the TV show, they subtract points.
At the end of the feature round you’ll be shown a screen telling you not just how well you did, but how well the community as a whole did. Do well enough and/or be part of a community that does well enough, and you’ll be given one or more free tickets to the following game. An individual player needs to score 25+ to collect one free ticket and additional tickets are awarded at 40, 70 and 100 (for those with fast reactions). The collective score has to be at least 250 for each player to collect one free ticket and again, higher scores award extra tickets.
This feature round really adds to the entertainment value as it’s properly interactive and there’s a very good chance of collecting at least one free ticket to the next game. Crystal Maze Bingo also has a progressive jackpot seeded at £1000, which drops if bingo is won in 38 calls or fewer.
