What is Beat The Chasers?
Beat The Chasers is an exciting new “Club Bingo” promotion at Gala Bingo. It starts on 11th March 2021 and runs from 7.30pm every evening until further notice, in Gala’s Main Event bingo room.
The Chasers in questions are Paul Sinha and Jenny Ryan – the Sinnerman and the Vixen from the award winning TV quiz show The Chase. They’ll be spicing up the live stream with interactive games, giving players who have bought tickets for the session the opportunity to win extra cash prizes.
To participate in a Club Bingo session, you need to buy a ticket bundle before the session starts; this will give you 3, 6, 9 or 12 tickets to every game in the session. On most days of the week, that will be 13 games – 10 main bingo games plus 3 side bingo games with smaller prizes. On Tuesdays and Thursdays only, Club Bingo is split into three sessions, starting at 7.30pm, 8pm and 8.30pm and ticket bundles are on sale separately for each; the event also finishes a little later, at 8.55pm instead of the usual 8.45pm.
There’s also a different special feature for each day of the week.
Beat The Chasers – Special Features
Monday – Everyone Wins
Each game has a feature prize to be split equally between all non-winning participants. Monday’s ticket bundle prices are £6 for 3 tickets, £12 for 6 tickets, £18 for 9 tickets and £24 for 12 tickets.
Tuesday – Nifty Sixty
The one line, two line and full house prizes in the main games are guaranteed to be £60 each. In the three side games, all three prizes are £33. On Tuesdays, the ticket bundle prices for each of the three half hour sessions are £2.40 for 3 tickets, £4.80 for 6 tickets, £7.20 for 9 tickets and £9.60 for 12 tickets.
Wednesday – Double Up
Any full house prize won on number 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77 or 88 will be doubled (the extra prize money will be credited separately by 6pm the following day). Wednesday’s ticket bundle prices are £6 for 3 tickets, £12 for 6 tickets, £18 for 9 tickets and £24 for 12 tickets.
Thursday – Ton Up
All full house prizes in the main games are guaranteed to be £100. The side games play for half prizes. On Thursdays, the ticket bundle prices for each of the three half hour sessions are £2.40 for 3 tickets, £4.80 for 6 tickets, £7.20 for 9 tickets and £9.60 for 12 tickets.
Friday – Big Money
The final game in the session has a guaranteed full house prize of £1000. Friday’s ticket bundle prices are £8 for 3 tickets, £16 for 6 tickets, £24 for 9 tickets and £32 for 12 tickets.
Saturday – High Five
The High 5 progressive jackpot is seeded at £100. It drops when one of the 10 main games is won on a number ending in 5. It can’t be won in the 3 side games, which play for half prizes. Saturday’s ticket bundle prices are £8 for 3 tickets, £16 for 6 tickets, £24 for 9 tickets and £32 for 12 tickets.
Sunday – Double Ton Up
All full house prizes in the main games are guaranteed to be £200. As usual, the side games play for half prizes. Sunday’s ticket bundle prices are £8 for 3 tickets, £16 for 6 tickets, £24 for 9 tickets and £32 for 12 tickets.
Club Bingo sessions are intended to recreate the atmosphere you’d find at a bricks and mortar bingo hall and what with the live stream and the different special features there’s certainly plenty of entertainment to be had in the Beat The Chasers promotion. Don’t be late though as once the session is under way, you won’t be able to buy tickets for the remaining games!
