Volcano Bingo

Volcano Bingo has come a long way since its origins.  For a start, it LOOKS completely different.  The original logo and design which depicted an erupting volcano are long gone to be replaced by something much more stylised and much easier on the eye, especially for mobile phone players who don’t want a screen full of irrelevant clutter.  The volcano concept hasn’t been dropped completely though – it’s been cleverly integrated into the new logo and welcome offer splash screen.

Volcano Bingo calls itself “the web’s hottest bingo site” and boasts that it has “red hot bingo rooms” – but is this right?  Well, it is and it isn’t. The Pragmatic Play bingo product (which has powered Volcano Bingo ever since the retirement of Jumpman’s proprietary bingo software back in 2020) is an industry leader.  The rooms are massively networked so there’s no issues with liquidity and there’s plenty of different types of bingo to choose from – 30 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball and 90 ball plus the specials Bingo Blast and Diamond Dazzle – with regular jackpot games and seasonal specials.  BUT – and it is a big but that will be a deal breaker for some – there’s zero sense of community because none of the bingo rooms at Volcano Bingo (or indeed at any other Jumpman site) have the chat window enabled. Nor are there any bingo bonuses or free bingo tickets available – and when you visit the site you may not even be able to find the bingo rooms at first as the bingo part of the lobby defaults to being offscreen and you need to use the side arrows to bring it into view.  Essentially, the bingo is a sideshow (albeit with decent prize money) and it’s the slots that take centre stage.

Some players will not be happy with this.  But if you’re the type of player who largely likes to play slot games with a bit of bingo now and again…well, the selection of slot games at Volcano Bingo is excellent and there’s plenty of slots promotions (leaderboards, prize draws, deposit offers based on the Mega Wheel with slot spins to be won) to keep the entertainment value coming.

And this is another way in which Volcano Bingo has changed radically since launch – the number of different games providers that they work with.  The range of games is so very much bigger and better than it was a few years ago and Jumpman are constantly adding new titles; they seem to have a knack for seeking out the most exciting new games so there’s always something fresh to try.  The Jumpman lobby is extremely easy to use on any device and previously played games are automatically saved to the My Faves area so you can find them again.

Going beyond slots, the scratchcards area of the lobby is where you’ll find instant win games (including but not limited to actual scratchcards) and the table games area (and rather confusingly not the casino) has a great selection of RNG and live roulette, blackjack and card games plus a few game shows and live slots.

Jumpman offer several different payment methods including (very expensive) mobile phone billing; you can even register using your PayPal account credentials to save time gettig started (you’ll probably have to send further identification later if you do this).

Volcano Bingo, then, is not going to be the best choice for a player that is passionate about bingo and likes to chat, but for a player that has a more casual approach to bingo and also likes to play slots on their phone it could be just the thing.
