Umbingo is a Jumpman bingo and slots site. The jungle theming is attractively done if understated and while anyone of a certain age will immediately be reminded of a particular soft drink that was popular 30+ years ago, as they say in film credits this is of course entirely coincidental.

Umbingo originally launched in 2019 as a Dragonfish bingo site, but lasted just a few months. Many Dragonfish bingo sites were suddenly closed around that time in what we now know was preparation for the sale of the platform to Broadway Gaming. Not long afterwards, Umbingo reopened on the Jumpman platform where it has been ever since (along with several other bingo and slot sites with the same management, Newcastle based Fortuna Gaming).
Jumpman sites have run on the Pragmatic Play bingo software since 2020 (before that, it was their own proprietary bingo software). In spring 2026, Pragmatic Play announced that they would be retiring their bingo product. Jumpman removed the remaining Pragmatic Play bingo rooms in August and didn’t replace them until a month later, although it was already clear (from the Coming Soon banner in the bingo part of the lobby) that the replacement bingo software was going to be Playtech (not that they had any choice, due to there not being any other suitable products).
It’s a uniquely Jumpman version of Playtech bingo though. No chat, of course (Jumpman have not had any chat in their bingo rooms for years and it would be weird if they started now), but also an odd selection of bingo rooms with not much in the way of traditional 90 ball or 75 ball bingo but plenty of fun variants, all of which play very nicely on a mobile phone. The most obvious omission is Deal Or No Deal Bingo but there’s also no 80 ball bingo and the only 75 ball bingo game is Spirit Twister.
Prize money is good, especially when Playtech are running a promotion which is often. There’s also daily, weekly and monthly big money games that run across the Playtech network’
Bingo aside, Umbingo is extremely slots focused. There are no table or card games at all, live or otherwise, and no casino or live sections in the lobby. This is the result of a policy decision by Fortuna Gaming not to have any of these types of game on any of their Jumpman sites, so if you are a fan of live casino this isn’t the site for you.
Slots are a different story, with more than 2500 games available to play in four dedicated lobby areas.
When you first visit the games lobby, you land on the Popular tab, where evergreen favourites like Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Fluffy Favourites, Eye of Horus, Fishin’ Frenzy and Rainbow Riches are given prominence. Logged in players can also see (and easily return to) their most recently played games. This part of the lobby also has new releases, some Slingo games, and various games grouped by theme (e.g. Gone Fishing and Irish Favourites).
The Hot Slots tab has more of the most popular games; Reactoonz, 12 Masks of Fire Drums, Wolf Gold, Gold Blitz and The Dog House are some of the titles you’ll see here.
Jackpots has around 60 jackpot slots, mostly by Eyecon, so plenty to choose from but no really big ones.
For a deeper dive, head to the Slots tab where there are more games grouped by theme – Fluffy & Friends, Cosmic Adventure, Mystical & Magical, Tales of Egypt – each with the option to View All. There’s also “Best of the Rest”, a classification you don’t normally see at Jumpman sites; hit the View More on this and you’ll get the full listing of more than 2500 games to browse through. They aren’t in any clear order and you can’t filter or even sort alphabetically, so be prepared to do a lot of scrolling if you plan to find games that way.
Alternatively you can use the search box. It searches for game name only and is unusual in that it normally displays exactly 70 results including partial matches and near misses, which can be really handy if you are prone to spelling mistakes or typos or can’t quite remember the full name of the game you want.
The search box is also handy for finding non slot games such as scratchcards, Lucky Tap and Slingo games over and above the handful shown in the lobby.
Unfortunately there’s no way to save games to your favourites, but the Recently Played games section in the lobby at least partially makes up for that. Another minor gripe is the lack of extra information on the game tiles; if you want to find out more about a game’s bonus features or check its Return To Player you need to launch the game and look in the paytable and/or help files.
The promotions that you’ll find at Umbingo are much the same as those at other Jumpman Gaming powered sites. They include the welcome offer, network prize draws, slots leaderboards and the Daily Wheel, a free bonus game for logged in players which occasionally awards slot spins.
Also on the promotions page is an item called Bonus Enabled Games. This is not a promotion as such, but a listing of all of the games that count when you’re doing a playthrough to qualify for a promotion or fill a wagering requirement. There are around 100 of them including many very popular titles; do make sure you check the list when accepting a promotion to enusre that your play counts.
What about redeposit offers, I hear you ask? Jumpman used to do a lot of spin the wheel type offers, but not any more. Instead, offers are delivered via the Club loyalty scheme which normally rewards you with loyalty coins for completing missions; you’ll see a special time limited mission that awards free spins when you deposit and play (and I reiterate – do make sure you know which games count).
The Club scheme itself is much better than the trophies scheme it replaced. Most of the missions can be completed several times (some daily) and the coins can be redeemed for spins or bonus.
One area where Jumpman could do better is customer service. Live chat is only available on weekdays during office hours and you could be waiting up to two business days for them to get back to you via email. You also have to find the form to fill in to access support – it’s buried in the FAQ.
With the new bingo rooms, Umbingo is a great place to play slots and dabble in a bit of bingo, especially if you like to play on a mobile phone. If you want to do more than dabble you might want to find a Playtech bingo site with a bit more of a sense of community.
