Lucky VIP Casino

About Lucky VIP Casino

Lucky VIP was originally one of a group of sites operated by Daub Alderney who also ran bingo sites such as Kitty Bingo on their proprietary platform. After the Rank Group’s acquisition of Daub Alderney parent Stride Gaming was completed in 2019, these sites were merged with other Rank properties, and in 2024 they have a much more modern look and improved promotions but fewer proprietary elements.

The design changes mean that the home page of Lucky VIP does a good job of conveying to prospective players what the site is all about. As well as game tile carousels highlighting popular slot games, live game shows and live tables, there’s a panel listing all their latest promotions.

There’s even more game categorisation, including Slingo and Megaways on the Slots page, but that’s by no means the only way to find games you want to play – there’s also a handy search box. Progressive jackpots have their own lobby area and include Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, IGT MegaJackpots, Jackpot King, Red Tiger Dailies, Eyecon Progressive Jackpots and a few exclusives.

Getting Started At Lucky VIP Casino

Whether you’re new to this site (or to online gambling in general) Lucky VIP has a clean interface to make things simple for beginners. The registration is straightforward: simply hit the Join button in the top right of the screen and sign up with your email address and verify via SMS, You’ll then be asked to verify your identity to check you’re 18.

As soon as your account is verified you’ll automatically qualify for the welcome offer, which gives you 200% to play with on your first £20 deposit – that’s a great £40 bonus to enjoy on selected slots.

Do be aware, though, that the welcome bonus is only playable on a few slot games. They’re big titles, and if you’ve not tried a Rank Digital site before and like one of those games, it’s a great place to start, but you might be a bit disappointed with the lack of choice. Once you’ve activated the welcome offer you’ll have 7 days before the bonus expires.

A couple of casino games are also included but be aware that you’ll have to play 10x as much on those to complete the wagering.

Slot Games At Lucky VIP Casino

There’s more than 700 games currently live and they’re always adding new titles to the platform. The bulk of Lucky VIP’s library is classic and Megaways slot games, and they also have a dedicated progressive jackpot section with jackpot King, IGT Megajackpots and many others if you like to ramp things up.

There are more Rank exclusives to be found amongst the rest of the slot games, along with a number of other games that are not so easy to find at UK facing casinos; for example, they have several different Book of Ra games and slot games such as Tiki Island, Secrets of the Phoenix and Double Bubble that were previously exclusive to Gamesys sites.

A selection of scratch and arcade games including Lucky Tap titles and 20 -30 Slingo games complete the lineup, so there’s really something for every kind of casino player.

Site navigation is pretty decent, making it quick and easy to find the game you want. You can browse standard categories like New Releases and Most Popular on one page. The page headers are concise and there are only a few sections to choose from which makes a nice change from the more cluttered casino sites out there.  Unlike sister sites, Lucky VIP has a lobby area where games are listed by the provider.

Table game players are catered to as well .The live casino lobby of Lucky VIP has all the classics: roulette, blackjack, baccarat and craps plus an up to date selection of Evolution and Pragmatic Play game shows.

Other Things to Consider

At present there’s no dedicated mobile app, but the mobile version of the site works well.

After the welcome offer there aren’t tons of promotions , but they do claim to bring out a new promo each season. These include bonuses on selected games, deposit rewards and you’ll also get the occasional personalised promo code in your inbox.  Lucky VIP also run promotions in collaboration with slot game providers, including Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins.

There’s also a loyalty reward system which allows you to collect points on deposits and real-money bets. Each point is worth a rather puny £0.001 and you’ll have to wait until you’ve accumulated 1,000 points (worth £1) before you can spend them. Points are exchangeable for bonus money with a 10x wagering requirement to be used on all games except roulette and progressive jackpots. It’s nice to have, but it’s not exactly the most generous rewards system.

One thing that sets Lucky VIP apart from its competitors is the great customer support. Friendly agents are available via Live Chat or on the phone, and from looking at third-party review sites they appear to have a quick turnaround for responses and issue resolution.

Final Thoughts

Overall Lucky VIP Casino is a reliable destination for slots, and the live lobby has plenty going on for players who want to play in real time. There aren’t tons of promotions and the interface is quite simplistic, but this makes for quite a clean gaming experience. All in all, it’s a solid choice for UK casino players.
