888ladies is one of Broadway Gaming’s two flagship Dragonfish bingo sites and is one of only a few Dragonfish brands still to have chat in the bingo rooms (at peak times only).
888ladies is so named because it was originally conceived as a female friendly bingo counterpart of 888casino. Quite apart from the world having moved on from the idea of bingo only being for the ladies, and of ladies not being interested in casino games, the name is also now doubly out of date. Why? Firstly because 888ladies along with all of its sister sites and the entire Dragonfish bingo platform was sold at the end of 2021 to Broadway Gaming (the operator of Butlers Bingo), and secondly because 888 Holdings itself has now rebranded to evoke plc.
Being named after an organisation that no longer exists in that form, and not having “bingo” in its name, is not ideal for a bingo site, but the brand is well known enough to stick with it.
Unlike the majority of Dragonfish brands, 888ladies is not and never has been a skin site – it’s always been both owned and operated by the current owner of the Dragonfish platform, giving it a special status. You can expect it to be in the first wave of Dragonfish sites to get lobby upgrades and other innovations (such as the experiment that was carried out a while back with live streaming in one of the bingo rooms).
888ladies also has promotions that are only available at house owned sites, and retains hosted chat (though not 24/7) while many other Dragonfish brands no longer have it at all.
888ladies is unusual amongst Dragonfish sites in that you can see some of the bingo rooms without logging in – normally everything is hidden away in the lobby and only visible to registered players . In 2025, here’s what’s on offer:
You can buy tickets for the next game in any bingo room you’re allowed into and the new Express Buy feature lets you do that for several bingo rooms at once without leaving the lobby. You can’t, however, buy tickets ahead of time for any games that play later on. Almost all bingo tickets at Dragonfish are priced at 5p.
The bingo rooms at 888ladies have hosted chat, but only at busy times of day. Visit outside of those hours and you’ll find that the chat window is not present, with no indication of when it might be back. As for prize money, the Dragonfish network is much smaller than it once was so it’s not great, especially at off peak times.
The range of slot games at 888ladies is very much skewed towards one provider – Games Global aka Microgaming. This has been the case since Broadway took over. They do have popular games by other providers – Rainbow Riches, Big Bass Bonanza, Fishin’ Frenzy, Fluffy Favourites (and some of the sequels to all of these) but the Microgaming back catalogue has the best representation. The games library is also not very up to date as they seem to be very patchy with new releases from some providers, often not adding games until months after launch.
The slots lobby is designed for fuss free mobile use and is therefore quite basic, with little in the way of game categorisation, so unless you immediately spot a game you like in New Releases or A-List (the most popular games) you’ll either have to scroll through the “complete list” until something catches your eye or search by name for the game you want.
888ladies has around 60 progressive jackpot slots, all of which are by just one provider, Eyecon. They aren’t all connected to the same jackpot – there are at least 4 different ones and you can see the current jackpot size on the game tile.
There’s also a good selection of Slingo games but they don’t have their own lobby area so again, you’ll need to use the search box to locate them.
888ladies does not have any casino games at all – it’s very much slots (and Slingo) only.
Hundreds (possibly all) of the slot games at 888ladies can be played as minigames in any of the bingo rooms; all of the lobby categories and the search box are replicated so you can find and play a huge range of slots without leaving the bingo room you are in. Bear in mind that a few of the slot games can’t be played with bonus (easy to spot as they are labelled Real Money Only in the lobby).
The loyalty program at 888ladies is the same as at Wink Bingo and other Dragonfish sites directly owned by Broadway Gaming. You collect loyalty coins through play and via player promotions and redeem them in the shop for bonuses, spins, free bingo tickets or real money. A little known advantage of this particular loyalty scheme is that coins collected at one site in the group can be redeemed at any other site where you have an account. 888ladies also often runs other player promotions (usually deposit based) and these can be found in the My Zone area of the lobby.
Dragonfish bonuses used to have the major advantage of being valid indefinitely as long as you logged in and played regularly but this is now a thing of the past and they have an expiry of just 5 days – be mindful of this when claiming the welcome bonu. Disappointingly, player rewards also expire if you don’t log in at least once every 5 days.
When it comes to payment options, there’s not a lot of choice at 888ladies. If you don’t want to use a debit card the only alternative is Paypal.
Dragonfish is certainly not what it was in its heyday – there are fewer bingo rooms with smaller prizes and player numbers are down. Nevertheless, many players remain fans of this classic bingo software. If you’re one of them, and you don’t already have an account at 888ladies, it is well worth a visit.

Awful site. The site itself is a mess. It’s difficult to find exit buttons, and the same with not being able to navigate the site without a lot of work to find where you want to be. Now, at first glimpse their bonus scheme seed quite nice Thankyou, however while I still had cash and active bonuses, I wanted to withdraw the cash, but opted that I could reverse if I wanted to, I did this to see what would happen and shockingly over £50 worth of accrued bonuses had gonna and back to £0.00. I was not happy called their customer line, and they did offer to put a small sum back In to my bonus empty account but you would have to play with your money first. Personally I have never seen this sort of withdrawal operation. I suggest before going to this site you read the T & C,s very well as all is not as it seems. What a shame it’s a nice site too, even with flaws but one I will not be going back to. My advice with this site is all newbies read the terms and conditions and especially the banking ones. If you proceed, I would not wager in more that their lowest amount. Sadly My final conclusion on this site is perhaps avoid and stay with the big site that are more established.
This is the nature of wagering requirements – most sites will cancel any remaining bonus if you take your cash out before completing the wagering requirement – and it’s why we include “Order Of Funds Usage” in our review. At cash first sites, you play with your own money before your bonus starts to be used.
