Winissimo, launched in 2019, is a Progress Play brand that combines slots, table games, bingo, scratchcards and a sportsbook section.
Part of the Progress Play portfolio of casino sites, Winissimo started as a combined sportsbook and casino platform, but expanded in 2025 to include a bingo section. It serves a UK customer base through Progress Play’s UK Gambling Commission licence, and is also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority, where Progress Play is based.
At the foot of the home page, you’ll find the site credentials, including certification from SSL encryption provider Sectigo, the logo of the PCI Security Standards Council and links to problem gambling charities.
When a casino platform attempts to cover all of the bases, it can end up looking a little cluttered, and that is unfortunately the case at Winissimo, although the the gloomy black, grey and cyan colour scheme doesn’t help.
There’s a lot going on with the Winissimo home page, which is partly taken up with the aforementioned text, along with the usual rotating promotional banners, and, depending on how you access the site, you may be greeted by a wall of text, game links or panels for the Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Sports and Scratchcards sections.
The reason appears to be that there are different versions of the landing page, and the home page. Some will show all sections of the site, and some won’t. This is partly down to the fact that the site is a casino, live casino, sportsbook and bingo platform, but with so many different sections, a clear, efficient navigation system is essential, and more work is needed here.
As well as finding that it took a while to adjust to the layout, we also experienced some lag when accessing the site through a relatively powerful laptop. You also won’t be able to fully explore the site unless you register and log in, though this process is at least fast and straightforward; just complete the three page online form and you’ll then be taken to the deposit page.
There are horizontal and vertical menus but they don’t narrow down the game categories significantly, and the fancy scrolling mechanics and intermittent slow refresh speeds make for a sometimes confusing, frequently frustrating experience.
Bingo was added to the Winissimo platform in 2025, courtesy of the Playtech network, and that means you’ll find a reliable selection of 10+ bingo rooms with room jackpots ranging from around £1,000 up to £50,000. The regular prizes are pretty decent as well and there’s a good selection of games with 1p or 2p tickets.
Playtech bingo deservedly has a great reputation but what you’re getting here is a cut down version of it. Not all of the Playtech special bingo variants are available (Deal Or No Deal Bingo is one that is) and it’s not possible to buy tickets in advance from the schedule (the big jackpot games run in rooms of their own so it’s easy to buy in advance for those). Nor is there much of a community feel as there’s just one chat room covering all Progress Play sites with bingo and it’s not at all busy.
Bingo players have their own very decent welcome offer and there are monthly and weekly jackpot games, as well as a good selection of mini-games. Overall, the Winissimo bingo product is solid, but doesn’t match those that you can find at dedicated bingo sites.
Once you get to grips with the idiosyncracies of the navigation system, you’ll find that the Winissimo slots collection is impressive. There are over 4,000 games here, including more than 3,000 slots, taken from an acceptably wide range of providers.
Games are sorted into the usual categories, including Featured, New, Slots, Jackpots, and All. You can find other sub-categories for Megaways, Drops & Wins, and Bonus Games, but there are no tagging for themes or other features, so you may need to lean heavily on the search bar.
All of the big slot titles are here, from Starburst to Book of Dead, and there’s some interesting jackpot games, with a good selection of Jackpot King and WowPot games, although you won’t find some of the really big progressives, like Mega Moolah.
One welcome player-friendly feature is that the game panels include the name of the developer although ideally we would also like to see RTP and volatility details made available. The fact that all of the slot games are also available in free play mode (to players who have passed age verification) is good to see.
You have to scroll down to find the casino games, where you’ll find 50+ live casino titles, mainly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, along with 40+ table games, but the overall selection is fairly small. Alternative games are better represented. We found 20+ slingo games, including the likes of Slingo Reel King and Slingo Rainbow Riches, along with a selection of scratchcards, keno, virtual sports, and quiz shows, but again, you have to search for them.
Winissimo also offers a sports betting platform, providing both pre-match and in-play betting coverage of 30+ sports, including some more obscure sports like futsal and alpine skiing.
Unfortunately, there are none of the features that would attract serious sports bettors. Market depth is poor, with fewer than 50 markets available on some non-Premier League football competitions, and there’s no live streaming, integrated stats or form guide.
There’s no dedicated mobile app for Winissimo customers, although this is relatively common for modern sites. The platform appears to run adequately on most devices, although as we noted above, the sheer number of elements on the home page causes slowdown on occasions and navigation can feel cramped on smaller screens.
There’s a lot of room for improvement with the customer support product at Winissimo. There is a basic contact form and email contact option, although the site does not exactly make this information easy to find. Otherwise, clicking on the Support option just takes you through a selection of generic FAQ articles, which only address the most obvious queries, and there’s no live chat, social media contact or site message facility.
That lack of attention to detail on customer support extends to the underwhelming responsible gaming section, and the long processing time for payouts and the withdrawal fee are also negatives.
Winissimo does better on promotions. There’s a good range of offers on the promotions tab, including cashback weekends, tournaments and reload bonuses, and like the bingo platform, the promotions element shows the benefit of being part of a larger network.
Winissimo is the usual competent-but-not-outstanding Progress Play site. The slot game selection is good, but the overall impression is of a site that is trying to do too much and not excelling at anything. Sports betting coverage is adequate, but nothing more than that, and casino and live casino fans will feel short-changed.
Customer support is underwhelming, and the withdrawal fee remains a persistent negative, though it is not unique to this Progress Play site. The biggest issue for many players will be the navigation system and the layout of the various landing pages and home pages, which is in desperate need of restructuring and decluttering.
Nonetheless, while there’s a lot that can be improved, Winissimo’s all-in-one casino-slots-sportsbook-bingo approach may have some appeal to users who are looking for variety over depth and who value having all of these options in one place.
The advertised “Welcome Package 100% up to £200 + Free Spins” includes a 2nd deposit offer of 100% slot bonus up to 100 + 65 Spins on Big Bass Bonanza.
Winissimo has the standard Progress Play “Play responsibly” policy statement which is basically a long essay punctuated by links to outside sources of support. There is no direct link to easily activate any of the safer gambling tools – you need to look in your account settings or email customer support. Perhaps surprisingly given that the document itself leaves a lot to be desired, they offer time, wagering and loss limits as well as the usual deposit limits – if you can find where to set them!
