Star Slots is a little known Jumpman Gaming slots and bingo site with fun intergalactic theming and the standard Jumpman spin the wheel style of welcome offer.
Not to be confused with the Skill on Net site Slotstars, the independent Starsports or the Jumpman powered Star Wins or All Star Games, Star Slots is a Jumpman Gaming site themed on a spaceship. It’s part of a group of Jumpman brands that have opted to focus on slots and a bit of bingo, with no table or live casino games to be found.
At the time of writing you can use your Paypal account to register at Star Slots; this speeds up the process but be warned that you have to make a deposit right away in order to complete registration. Jumpman have introduced a new registration form at some of their other sites which doesn’t have the Paypal option, so it may not be available at Star Slots for much longer.
Whether you encounter the old or the new registration form, the process is quick and easy. Just keep an eye out for the Mega Reel appearing in a pop up and make sure you don’t accidentally close it.
Bingo at Star Slots (and all other Jumpman sites, even the ones with “bingo” in the name) is very much a sideshow, with slots remaining the main attraction. Having said that, there’s a good range of bingo rooms and the bingo software (Pragmatic Play) is well respected. You can play in any of these rooms:
There’s also a tile called “Bingo 90” which is for a different type of bingo game – video bingo, where you play against the house instead of other players.
Another quirk of the Jumpman lobby is that the prize amounts shown on the bingo room tiles are usually the room jackpot (which only drops if bingo is won in a small number of calls) and not the actual prize pool (which tends to be much smaller). Once you’ve clicked or tapped on a bingo room tile and are inside the bingo room in question, you can click or tap the icon at the top of the screen that looks like a house to go to the Pragmatic Play bingo lobby, where you can see much more information about the other bingo rooms.
If you think this sounds like a bit more than just a sideshow – it’s not. It’s a great bingo product but there’s no bingo promotions whatsoever and no chat rooms.
Star Slots has an even simpler lobby design that other Jumpman sites. The omission of casino games means that there’s just five lobby areas – Popular, Hot Slots, Slots, Jackpots and Bingo.
The Hot Slots lobby area, which is not present at Jumpman sites which have live casino games, showcases around 30 of the most popular games – Wolf Gold, Fishin’ Frenzy, Rainbow Riches, Big Bass Splash, Fire Joker, Gold Blitz, 9 Masks of Fire and so on.
Popular is where you’ll find games grouped by type – Slingo and Megaways for example – and it’s also where your most recently played games show up (when logged in).
Jackpots is pretty self explantory but is actually a slightly weak area. Almost all of the 60+ jackpot slots are by the same provider, Eyecon. The jackpot amounts are not shown on the game tiles (and aren’t particularly impressive).
The Slots area groups games together by theme. Gone Fishing and Tales of Egypt are very focused whereas Going for Gold and Cosmic Adventure are much looser groupings (for example, The Dog House Dog or Alive is in the Cosmic Adventure grouping for some reason). Also on the page is a grouping called Best of the Rest – tap on View All next to it too see all 2700+ game tiles in one place (which you can’t do at other Jumpman sites). Because of the lack of information attached to the game tiles (you can’t even see the provider, let alone stuff like features, volatility and Return To Player), this isn’t that useful for finding games, but you can still have fun scrolling in case something catches your eye.
If you don’t see anything you like in any of the lobby areas, it’s time to use the search box. This works a bit differently to the search boxes ou may have come across at non Jumpman casinos. Whatever you search for, you’ll see 70 results and if there aren’t 70 exact matches you’ll see partial matches lower down on the list. For example, search for “piggy” and as well as the fairly large number of games whose names include “piggy” you ‘ll see Puggy Payout, Trigger Happy, Spicy Meatballs, Doggy Riches Megaways and Pigeons from Space. As well as being helpful if you can’t quite remember the name of the game you want or mistype it, it’s a strangely effective way of finding random new games to try.
Currently Star Slots does not have a player rewards scheme (unless you count the Daily Wheel which you can spin once a day and which awards slot spins from time to time). This could change in the (hopefully not too distant future) as there’s a new player reward scheme being trialled at a handful of other Jumpman sites.
Promotions can be found on the Offers page and include slots leaderboards, prize drops and prize draws. They are run by the Jumpman network, usually in partnership with slot game providers (e.g. the Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins promotion). You may also receive Mega Reel deposit offers by email and/or find them in your Inbox on the Star Slots site.
Star Slots supports a good range of payment methods. All can be used to claim promotions and there are no fees unless you use mobile phone billing to deposit.
Customer support is a bit of a weak point. It’s delivered via a webform which you can find by digging around in the FAQ (it’s not immediately obvious). At first you will find yourself talking to a chatbot which mostly repeats things which are in the FAQ and should you need to talk to a real person (available office hours Monday – Friday), it can take a few attempts to get connected. If it’s the evening or the weekend it could take quite a while to hear back from them. Email responses can take up to two working days.
Star Slots is certainly very pretty looking and if you have no interest in table or live casino games and like the spin the wheel style of welcome offer, you may prefer it to other Jumpman sites because of the inclusion of more slot game categories in the lobbywhich makes it slightly easier to find games.

Responsible Gaming info is available on site (there’s a link in the footer) and on the dedicated “Jumpman Cares” website. It’s brief and to the point, including a self assessment questionnaire, links to outside sources of help and a rundown of the safer gambling tools, which are the usual reality check, deposit limits, take a break and self exclusion. The terms and conditions go into greater detail about deposit limits and self exclusion and also explain what interventions Jumpman may make and why.
