Spin King is new in the UK for 2025. It combines hundreds of popular slot games with a range of exclusive titles.
Spin King is owned and operated by CEGO, who have years of experience in Denmark and first brought their “entertainment first” ethos to the UK in 2021 with bingo and slot site Happy Tiger. Like Happy Tiger, it has a load of CEGO’s own proprietary games – but unlike Happy Tiger, it also has hundreds of other popular slot games.
In their own words – “Spin King is designed for casual players who love bingo and jackpot games that combine fun, low-stakes play with the chance to win real money prizes. With games starting at just 8p per spin, we make gaming accessible and enjoyable for everyone”.
Opening an account here is quick and easy but there is one thing that you do need to be aware of. If you’ve previously played at another CEGO brand on the Happytiger ApS licence , Spin King will recognise you during the registration process and display a message to say so. You’ll then be given the opportunity to log in with your credentials from the other site and use any cash funds at either site, which is very handy if you’ve already got an account at Happy Tiger but would like to play a wider range of slot games.
You won’t, however, be able to claim the welcome offer.
Spin King has a selection of around 35 of CEGO’s own jackpot slot games, mostly with both regular and super jackpots. These are designed to play best on a mobile phone (although you can also play in a web browser). Although they have familiar themes including fishing, trains, vampires, Vikings, ancient Egypt and so on they are mostly rather different to the usual type of slot game you’ll come across at UK online casinos.
Most but not all of CEGO’s exclusive games have a small 3 x 3 array of reels and although they have decent Return To Player, a lot of it is tied up in the jackpots and many bonus features, so you don’t tend to get many wins in the base game. The bonus features themselves are innovative; while some of them are traditional free spins bonus rounds, others enhance the base game for a set number of spins. It’s because of this type of bonus feature that CEGO allow you to save your game state for 48 hours so you can come back and complete it later on.
As well as these exclusives, Spin King has around 500 other (non jackpot) slot games and they’ve gone for perennial favourites like Gonzo’s Quest (plus Gonzo’s Quest Megaways), Bonanza, Wolf Gold, Twin Spin (plus Twin Spin Megaways), Starburst (plus Galaxy and XXXTreme), Dragon’s Luck (and sequels) and all the Big Bass games you could possibly want.
There’s a small display of around 20 of the most popular games if you’re in a hurry to find something to play. Alternatively, you can browse everything in “More games” (they are not in any particular order) or use the search box, which returns results after you’ve typed in just one character.
There’s also a Jackpot Slots lobby area and this is where you’ll find all of the exclusive games – they don’t have any other progressive jackpots.
All games have a chat facility which appears at the side of the screen on a computer and in a translucent overlay on a phone screen.
Essentially, Spin King represents the best of both worlds – lots of popular games plus some unusual titles you might like to try for a change – but only if you don’t want to play any games other than slots! There’s no other types of games at all at Spin King (apart from the CEGO 75 ball and 90 ball bingo rooms from Happy Tiger, which are not visible in the main lobby but can be found via the search box).
Spin King has a promotions page, but what it’s actually for is not promotions that are open to all players, but personalised promotions that are tailored to your play style. You don’t need to keep checking the promo page to find them, either – if there’s a bonus waiting for you, you’ll see a message at the top of the page after logging in.
Spin King boasts fast withdrawals but be aware that there’s a restricted range of deposit methods. The main ones are debit cards (either direct or via Apple Pay) and instant bank transfer. You can also use Paypal but unusually there’s a fee for this so you may prefer not to.
Mobile play works especially well at Spin King. There’s no app but you can install a shortcut on your phone to load it up quickly and easily. As well as the chat icon, there’s a full screen mode so you can play without distractions and a deposit icon so you can top up without having to leave the game you’re playing.
Customer support at Spin King is excellent. There’s a clearly written and helpful FAQ backed up by live chat and telephone support via an 0800 number. The telephone support is not 24 hours but the opening hours for today and for the coming week are displayed on the support page so you know when you can call them.
Spin King’s mix of well known and exclusive slot games paired with a chat facility is unique in the UK market. If you enjoy playing slot games on your phone and are looking for something a bit different, it could be right up your street.
The Safer Gambling page at Spin King has two main areas, one for one’s own gambling and one for gaming by family members. The latter includes lots of advice for helping and supporting young people (under 25) who may exhibit signs of problem gambling and the former goes into much more detail about self management than most other gmabling sites do (for example, there’s a “stages of life” section which advises players to take a break from gambling for various reasons including having just had a big win).
The Tools section is excellent. Activity reminder (aka reality check), loss limits, take a break and self exclusion can all be set by logged in players via direct links. There’s also a self assessment test, a direct link to your player statistics over the last 7, 30, 90 or 180 days and a vidoe on how to block gambling ads on social media.
