About Pirate Slots

Pirate Slots is a Jumpman Slots site that was one of the first to experiment with different welcome offers and has now settled on a nice easy to understand deposit match bonus.  While the games and promotions are shared with all the other Jumpman Slots brands, the site’s different welcome offer sets it apart.

While slots are the main attraction here, there are masses of other games to enjoy such as bingo, live casino games, Slingo games, and video poker from big-name providers including NetEnt, Microgaming, and Playtech.

While there are many positives, there are also drawbacks such as the limited ways in which you can contact the customer service team and the conversion limits on bonuses. But, if you can look past these, you’ll find plenty to like about this online slot site.

Games at Pirate Slots

Pirate Slots has an ever-increasing number of games as its operator is very quick to add the latest releases. Right now, there are over 1,300 slots, as well as scores of instant wins, live casino games, bingo games, and table games.  The featured software providers range from Pragmatic Play, Eyecon, Leander, and Blueprint Gaming to Microgaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, and Yggdrasil.

You can choose from 50 or so jackpot slots, including Eyecon’s Fluffy Mega Jackpot and Highland Reels Super Jackpot.

Trustworthiness & Reputation

Playing at a licensed casino is very important if you live in the UK. So, it’s good to know that Pirate Slots is licensed and approved of by the UK Gambling Commission. For non-UK players, the site has an Alderney Gambling Control Commission-issued license.  The site offers a number of safety features (e.g. deposit limits and time-outs) and is a member of the GAMSTOP scheme.

The operator, Jumpman Gaming has a good reputation within the online gaming industry.  It is also worth knowing that Pirate Slots is owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming directly rather than being a white label, which bodes well for stability.

Site Design

Pirate Slots used to be much more aggressively themed on pirates than it is now, and in the process of toning down the theme the exclusive Lucky Loot promotion (that awarded an extra Loot Chest on every 3rd deposit as long as they were all made the same day) has also gone, but it still looks very pretty. The menu at the top of the screen lets you access the games lobby and other key pages such as Offers. Once you’re logged in, you can view your account page, admire your trophy collection, and visit the Cashier.

The games lobby comes with a search tool, as well as showcasing games in themed carousels like Tales of Egypt and Gone Fishing.

A Closer Look at the Slot Games

As at all Jumpman Slots sites the selection of slot games at Pirate Slots is extraordinarily good, with plenty of high octane thrillers like 9 Masks of Fire, Bonanza, Vikings Go Berzerk and Wolf Gold alongside evergreen titles like Starburst, Fluffy Favourites, Rainbow Riches, Fishin’ Frenzy and Immortal Romance.  The progressive jackpot slots are mostly by Eyecon and include several different games in the Fluffy series.

There are both old and new classic slots for those of you who prefer old-school gameplay, including Juicy Fruits Multihold and Bars and 7s.

Additional Products

Live casino games are one of the biggest attractions at Pirate Slots, and they let you play a variety of popular casino games via live streams which connect you to professional hosts and dealers. There are both live table games and live game shows that include Nexus Roulette, Vinnie Jones Blackjack, Casino Hold’em, Mega Wheel, and 7’s on Fire.

Due to the retirement of the Pragmatic Play bingo product, this site currently does not have any multiplayer bingo.   Jumpman plan to replace it with different bingo software in autumn 2026.

Promotions

The slot bonus welcome offer at Pirate Slots is MUCH better than Jumpman’s usual Mega Reel offer, especially if you deposit more than the minimum £10.  Even if you don’t, the bonus is likely to be better value than the slot spins you would win on a Mega Reel promotion. And you aren’t tied to a particular game – the bonus is valid on any of a long list of slot games.

When you redeposit, however, you’ll most likely be back to the normal Mega Reel offers (you can expect to be sent these by email or whatever other markeing channel you’ve opted into).   Pirate Slots also has the Daily Spins Reel, prize giveaways and slot leaderboards including Drops & Wins..

Mobile Usability

Pirate Slots is a mobile-optimised site which caters for most devices and browsers, and it provides a reliable and enjoyable playing experience when you’re on the move.  The games load quickly, and you can easily move around the site by tapping the links and menu choices.

Payment Methods

The banking system is designed to make funding your account as easy as possible. You simply pick your preferred payment method then enter the amount that you wish to deposit/withdraw.  There are 6 payment methods available – Skrill, Neteller, Paypal, Paysafecard, Visa Debit, and Pay by Mobile.

Deposits can be made free of charge unless you use Pay by Mobile which costs £2.50.

Final Thoughts

The selection of slots and live casino games is hard to beat, and who doesn’t love a bit of pirate theming? The range of software providers is also extremely good, and if you’re partial to a game or two of online bingo, you can take advantage of Pragmatic Play’s bingo rooms (be aware though that they don’t have an attached chatroom).
