Yes complete rip off, I opened the account with a mobile deposit and now they want a receipt. I’ve told them endless times via email it is a pay as you go mobile. There is no receipt. I’ve literally tried everything, screenshot of the text message. But clearly, they are just wasting time and patience going round in circles. Hoping you get so annoyed you give up.
Nothing is made clear, the fact you have to deposit £10 more from bank account to registered card was not made clear until after the mobile deposit. This whole company is a scam and it’s disgusting how they are getting away with it
I have tried on several times to down load all the documents they asked for. They have returned every one back. I have £100 in my account to withdraw and they are not letting it go through.
I have e.mailed again several times and still nothing. You can not get to talk to anyone.
