Los Vegas Casino is the latest in thr small group of rather distinctive casinos operated by SuprPlay Limited who are based in Malta.  The other casinos on the same licence are Voodoo Dreams, Duelz and NY Spins.  Each of them has its own theme, and I’m sure you can quite easily guess what the theme of Los Vegas is – “Experience Vegas From Home”.

Launched in 2025, it’s a pure casino that offers slots, live casino and table games – just what you’d get at actual Vegas, in fact.

Getting Started At Los Vegas

It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into designing the sign up form at Los Vegas.  For example, the first screen is just for putting in your email address and creating a password; by keeping other form entries off the page they make it super easy for you to save the login details to your password manager.  And when you come to put in your address, you can start typing then select from a drop down list.

Having put in your details you’ll be stepped through the rest of the process – optionally setting a deposit limit, choosing which marketing channels to opt into if any, confirming you understand the funds protection arrangements. Finally you’ll be invited to make a deposit but if you want to have a look around first you can just close that screen.

The welcome offer at Los Vegas has a couple of foibles.

1. It isn’t automatic – you need to ensure you opt in prior to making your first deposit.
2. The spins aren’t automatic either; the spins have to be claimed manually every day for 7 days and if you’ve opted into marketing messaging you’ll be sent a reminder.  If you miss claiming a batch that day’s spins are gone, but you can claim spins as normal on subsequent days.

Games at Los Vegas

Los Vegas Casino has a good selection of games from lots of different providers, all served up in a simple, streamlined lobby that’s easy to navigate and use on all devices. It’s got just 5 areas – Discover, Slots, Live Casino, Table Games and Play For Prizes.

• The Discover and Slots parts of the lobby make it easy to find games you want, by grouping them together by theme, type, and game mechanics.
• In the Discover area, lot of the groupings are devoted to non slot games; Crash, Plinko, Scratchcards and Instant Win & Arcade are all there so if you are interested in these currently fashionable types of game you can explore lots of different titles.  If you prefer slots, there’s sections for Megaways, Gold Blitz and Power Combo games.
• Head over to the Slots area to find Hold & Win and Grid & Cluster Games, plus a section for Fishing games as well as groupings of new releases and the most popular games.
• The jackpot slots are all by just one provider – Games Global – but since they comprise WowPot, King Millions and Mega Moolah it’s unlikely anyone is going to feel disappointed by that!
• The Live Casino part of the lobby is very nicely laid out with highlights at the top and the games split into separate sections by type. You will notice that apart from in the Super Stake-Tables section (which is exclusively for games by Stakelogic) the vast majority of the games are by Pragmatic Play live, with just a couple from OnAir Entertainment.  That’s still a great selection of games, of course.
• The Play For Prizes lobby area is a great innovation – it shows you all the games that are included in current leaderboards, prize draws etc, with the games in each promotion grouped together.

If you want to look at all of the slot games (around 2000 of them) there is a View All option but when I tried this it crashed my browser due to taking up too much memory. The games weren’t in any particular order that I could see so browsing through all of them would take ages.  Narrowing it down by using the search box is much easier; you see results after typing in just one character and the results are very quick to load.

The game tiles are a little light on information; the name of the game and current jackpot (if any) are all that is shown and if you want to find out about game features or Return To Player you’ll need to open the game and look in the help files.  I spot checked a few RTPs and found them set at the top end of the range for Games Global slots, although they were lower for Pragmatic Play and Play’n’Go slots.

Other Things To Consider

Los Vegas has a promotions page, but apart from the welcome offer the only thing on it when I visited was a (very worthwhile) weekly cashback offer. Bear in mind that any promotions like Drops & Wins with in game opt in can be found in the Play For Prizes part of the lobby.

There’s a decent range of deposit options here including three different instant bank transfer methods (as bank compatibility can be patchy this improves the chances of your being able to make deposits by instant banking). All deposit methods are allowed for claiming promotions, but there is a clause that the payment method must belong to you.

To access customer support, use the Help option on the main menu.  This opens live chat (but only for depositing players).  Alternatively you can email them (and the email address is visible to everyone so even if you’ve had difficulties logging in you can still get help); I couldn’t find any information about response times.

Unusally, there’s no FAQ, but most of the commonly asked questions are covered by the Bonus Terms and Payment Info pages (or in the general T&C).  Although there is a link in the footer to a page called “Info” this contains some blog posts rather than any information specifically about Los Vegas.

Final Thoughts

For players who want to focus on slots and live casino, Los Vegas with its great range of games is a nice, user friendly alternative to the likes of Progress Play and Grace Media.
