The old Fantastic Spins website was owned by Mandalay Media who were also the original owners of Costa Bingo and many other bingo and slot sites in a similar vein.  This brand new version of Fantastic Spins is owned by Digital Rush Ltd, who also own Bingo Loft.  They are a relatively new organisation set up by people with years of experience in the industry.
