Dream Jackpot

About Dream Jackpot

Dream Jackpot was originally launched back in 2017 as a White Hat Gaming site.  It was relaunched in 2022 as an Aspire Global site and now it’s had to move platform yet again due to Aspire Global wrapping up operations in the UK.

It could be regarded as third time lucky for this casino as instead of entering into another white label arrangement, owners Jupiter Gaming are using their own remote gaming licence which was issued in August 2025, with a back end supplied by GiG (Gaming Innovation Group) who were originally an operator.  Although Jupiter’s licence is also valid for bingo and for real and virtual sports, for the time being they are just concentrating on casino.

The theming of Dream Jackpot is very, very minimal; everything is on a plain white background and it’s really only the logo that is in any way distinctive.

Getting Started at Dream Jackpot

Normally a platform change results in the player base not being transferred across, but in the case of Dream Jackpot it’s been handled differently.  The new version was launched very shortly after the old one closed and players were contacted via email in advance; if you had an account at the old version you can just use those credentials for the new version.

Everyone else can just go ahead and fill in the simple registration form which is all on one screen.  You’ll need to have a UK mobile phone number and you’ll also need to pick a username and password at this stage.

Opting into comms preferences is done at the registration stage but you’ll find you need to reconfirm at first login.  You also need to opt into the welcome offer before making your first deposit.  You can remind yourself of the welcome offer and of any other promotions you’ve opted into by tapping or clicking the icon that looks like a wrapped present.

Slots & Games at Dream Jackpot

While at first glance the lobby looks unchanged, with the move from Aspire the number of games on site has gone down from literally thousands to just a few hundred. At the relaunch, Jupiter there were games from just three providers – Slingo Originals, Gaming Corps and the ubiquitous Pragmatic Play.

The following month, the range of games was widened to include titles by Blueprint and Games Global.  Game of Thrones, Eye of Horus, King Kong Splash, 9 Pots of Gold, Immortal Romance and a whole load of Fishin’ Frenzy games are just some of the new additions.

There could be still more game providers to follow after that, but while games choice is much improved there still aren’t any progressive jackpots.

The lobby only has a few categories and, apart from the one for new games and the one for games currently included in Pragmatic Play’s flagship promotion Drops & Wins, they aren’t that useful (who needs a Slingo category when you can just search on “slingo”?).

With merely hundreds of games on site, scrolling through the All Games part of the lobby until something catches your eye is a viable method of finding games to play.  There’s also a search box which starts to show results after you’ve entered a single character. Each search shows a few related or similar games at the bottom so if you’ve made a typo or remembered the name of a game slightly wrong, it may still show up.

You could also do worse than check out the Featured Games page from the menu which si not part of the lobby navigation but showcases the top 10 games along with some selections from each lobby area.

Some of the game tiles have information icons you can click or tap on to bring up a page with details of game features, volatility and how the bonus rounds work (if any), but these are not as useful as you might think because they don’t include the Return To Player,  For that, you need to look in the game help files after loading up the game.  My impression after doing just that for a few games was that while RTP is by no means the worst out there, it’s not the best either.

While there is no lobby area for live casino games, you can find them by searching or by scrolling down to the bottom of the All Games page.  They are all by Pragmatic Play and include roulette, blackjack and game shows.

Other Things To Consider

Platform moves often result in some things getting passed over at first and there are two areas where Dream Jackpot could do with some more options. One is deposit methods, as currently the only one supported is debit card.  The other is promotions, as currently there’s nothing on the “Dream Deals” promotions page apart from Drops & Wins and the welcome offer.

What hasn’t been neglected is the customer support arrangements.  It’s really easy to find the Contact Us page and send them an email or start a live chat and you don’t need to be logged in to do it.

Final Thoughts

Dream Jackpot and its sister sites are part of a great new initiative for British players on a new independent UK licence. While it doesn’t have that big a range of games yet, we expect Jupiter Gaming to work with more game providers in the future to increase the size of the game library. It’s also good to see a no-fuss no wagering welcome offer.
