About Bonanza Slots

Bonanza Slots is a Jumpman Gaming white label site dating back to 2020, unofficially themed on Big Time Gaming’s perennially popular Bonanza Megaways slot game from 2016.  When Bonanza Slots was launched, most other Jumpman sites still had the standard Mega Reel welcome offer so the slightly different presentation of the offer as cracking open the golden nugget rather than spin the wheel, plus the opportunity to win spins on Bonanza rather than Starburst was a big unique selling point.   Now, many Jumpman sites have moved on to slot bonus welcome offers so the golden nugget is nowhere near as appealing as it once was (unless you’re a Bonanza fanatic, of course).

The theming has a bit more detail than at most Jumpman sites but if (like most of us) you’re playing on a mobile phone you will barely notice it. On a large screen, Bonanza inspired images of a gem mine occupy the sides while the game tiles are restricted to a fairly narrow area mid screen.

Getting Started at Bonanza Slots

Bonanza Slots has the same quick and easy sign up process as all other Jumpman sites but there is one really important thing to bear in mind.  After depositing, you’ll see a pop-up where you need to accept the Mega Reel welcome offer – be careful not to close it by mistake as once it’s gone it’s gone!

Bingo at Bonanza Slots

Bonanza Slots has a cut down version of Playtech Bingo which is missing several bingo rooms as well as having had the chat window disabled.  For instance, the only 75 ball room they have is the Playtech special Spirit Twister (a gimmicky equal chance game in which everyone must buy 100 tickets) and there’s no Deal Or No Deal Bingo at all.  The rooms Jumpman have chosen to include are mostly types of bingo that look great and play well on a mobile phone, such as Cash Cubes and Clover Rollover Bingo, and if you’re just looking to play a spot of bingo now and again that’s absolutely fine.  You can also play for substantial prizes in the big money games that run across the Playtech network once a day, once a week and once a month.

Prebuy is available for most bingo rooms apart from Spirit Twister.

Slot Games at Bonanza Slots

The rest of the lobby at Bonanza Slots is full of slot games and as always at Jumpman, it’s an excellent selection.  New releases and/or games from new providers are added every few days: one of Jumpman’s strengths is their knack for sourcing the most exciting games and bringing them to a wider audience.  At the same time, they’ve been able to do deals with large providers such as Playtech to bring much loved back catalogue games to the platform.

Having said that, the lobby could do with some more game categorisation.  Jackpots (which are mostly by Eyecon) have their own section, and there’s a few themed game carousels in the Slots and Hot Slots areas, for example “Gone Fishing” which has Fishin’ Bigger Pots of Gold, Fishin’ Frenzy, Big Bass Bonanza and so on, and “Irish Favourites” which has 9 Pots Of Gold, Rainbow Jackpots, Clover Rollover 2 and so on.  But even if you browse through all of these you’ll only be seeing a small number of the close to 3000 games you can play here.

To find the rest of them you have two options.

1. You can use the search box to search for the game you want by name. For example, if you search for “nitro” you’ll find all 10 of the Nitropolis slot games from Elk Studios.
2. The other option is to expand the “Best of the Rest” game carousel and scroll through more than 2500 games in no particular order. You could be a while doing that!

It doesn’t help that there is no information in the lobby about the games apart from the game tiles themselves – no name, no provider, no features, no return to player – so you need to open each game up to see what it is like.  You can’t even save games to your favourites; they will, however, show up at the top of the lobby as recently played if you did any real money spins.

Bonanza Slots has a few non slot games.  There’s a Slingo carousel showcasing the 60 or so Slingo titles and there’s also a range of scratchcards and other instant win games which you can find by means of the search box.

There’s no table games at all and no live casino.

Other Things To Consider

The Offers page at Bonanza Slots looks full but everything on there is networked, either with all other Jumpman sites or run in conjunction with a game provider such as Games Global or Pragmatic Play.  Leaderboards and prize draws don’t look so impressive when you’re competing with players from hundreds of other casinos as well as the one you’re playing at.

Redeposit offers, on the other hand, aren’t affected by being network wide and you can expect to be sent them by email, text or whatever promotional channels you choose to opt into. They are almost always based around the Mega Reel so if you enjoy the thrill of not knowing quite what when you make your deposit, you’ll like it here.

Final Thoughts

The sheer range and variety of games is really the biggest plus point at Jumpman sites like Bonanza Slots.  To set against that, there’s restrictive terms and conditions including a max conversion that’s related to deposits and an expiry rule that sees any bonuses you have disappear if you don’t log on for a week.  If you aren’t deterred by any of this and love the Bonanza slot game, Bonanza Slots could be worth a look.
