About Big Thunder Slots

False alarm, no real thunder storms present! It’s time to come out from behind that sofa as the only noise bellowing out here are the sounds of the bingo caller, slot games and live casino dealers. So what do you expect to find if you decide to visit Big Thunder Slots? Primarily, this platform shares its name with a completely unrelated roller coaster at several famous theme parks around the world. Unfortunately apart from the landing page (which does have a mountain mining theme) the comparison pretty much ends there.

Big Thunder Slots is an established casino site being operational since 2018. Delivered by Jumpman Gaming, this well respected casino operator has numerous casino platforms. They provide a well rounded gaming experience with an selection of slots, bingo and games from some of your favourite game providers, alongside great customer support in a secure, reliable environment.

Their homepage is a nice two tone shade of purple broken up a little by white headers and a luminous green login button. It has a nice looking logo in grey and light blue on the left hand side. You can get to all the action very quickly by clicking or tapping on the all games link; this will lead you to the casino lobby area with a number of gaming categories to choose from.

At the top on desktop or via the 3 white lines on mobile are links to your account area and a well supplied offers section. Although the site design is quite basic the lobby area in general is very neat and tidy which makes things very simple when navigating your way around. With 1500+ games available from a variety of genres Big Thunder Slots can be enjoyed from numerous different devices (especially mobile). Alongside numerous slot titles are some good bingo rooms and a whole host of live casino games. So let’s hop on and take a closer look.

Getting Started

Registering here was pain free, taking a few minutes at most. You will receive a welcome text message and email. Furthermore, you get to choose how you receive messages from Big Thunder Slots so if you want offers via the various channels available don’t forget to tick the boxes that appeal or don’t to you. There are also protection tools in place to set deposit limits and reality checks. You can find these in the responsible gambling section towards the bottom of any page on their site.

Big Thunder Slots will try to verify your account when you open it; however, you could be asked for further verification. Providing ID alongside proof of address is completely normal in the gambling industry and in line with compliance set by the Gambling Commision.

Bingo at Big Thunder Slots

Due to the retirement of the Pragmatic Play bingo product, this site currently does not have any multiplayer bingo.   Jumpman plan to replace it with different bingo software in autumn 2026.

Slot Games at Big Thunder Slots

Just like a crack of thunder, you will be shocked by the number of slot games at hand here. They are easy to access and you can head either to the popular area which has cult classics, featured and our favourites categories. Alternatively, you can navigate to the all games link within the homepage on desktop or within the 3 white lines on mobile; this leads you to the main casino lobby.

Although there is next to no theme here I couldn’t help myself and instantly searched for games with Thunder in the title, via the search function. A variety of Thunderstruck titles popped up, also Thunder Hawk and Tropical Thunder slot games were at my disposal. Carrying on with my little game I searched Zeus (who is the god of thunder) and had over 20+ titles to choose from. Games included Zeus III, Zeus Rising and Wild Link Zeus, a quite impressive choice range to say the least.

Their new section is updated weekly and at the time of writing Big Bass Boxing Bonus Round and King Kong Cash 4 Even Bigger Bananas were at home there. Themed areas include a tales of Egypt section which has 160+ titles, the gone fishing area which contains 85+ titles including the Big Bass and Fishin Frenzy series of games and the cosmic adventures section which has a massive 240+ titles, with Starburst and Starlight Princess amongst the many. The only thing really missing here is the ability to search titles by game provider and a saved favourite category when you do find your go-to games.

On a more positive note, Progressive Jackpot slots are mainly delivered by Eyecon and are easy to locate as they have their own category in the main lobby area. With 60+ titles to choose from, games include a range of Fluffy titles, Crystal Lotus Jackpot, Bouncy Balls 2 and Kiss Me Clover Jackpot.

Other Games at Big Thunder Slots

Beside the good variety of slots and bingo games is a choice of live games, be it a smaller collection compared to some, it is very well delivered. Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat alongside a majority of live casino games offered here are generally powered by Pragmatic Play and Playtech. Don’t be fooled into thinking there aren’t any studio game shows here, although not under their own category you can find Adventures Beyond Wonderland, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and 9 Pots of Gold live via the search function.

Video table games are under the casino tab and there are some good choices to choose from. There is also a small variety of Lucky Tap, Instant Wins, Keno, Plinko and Crash games again via the search function. Noteworthy is the massive Slingo area with 60+ titles to select from. If you have never given these games a chance this is a good place to have a go with a thundering 60+ titles to select from including Starburst, Deal or No Deal, Fluffy Slingo and Britain’s Got Talent Slingo.

Other Things to Consider

Alongside the Big Thunder Slots welcome package are a few ongoing promotions. These include a free to play daily spins feature, Fluffy Friday, prize draws and tournaments.  There’s also the newly introduced Club player rewards scheme which gives out coins for levelling and finishing missions.  You can spend the coins on free spins or bonuses.

Depositing and withdrawing funds is a straightforward affair with many banking options available; these include Debit Card, Paypal, Skrill and Apple Pay from a mobile device. You can also deposit via Pay by Mobile but will incur a £2.50 transaction fee.

Lastly, there are a few customer support options available if you need any help and advice. If you have any general enquiries there is a very helpful FAQ area. You can also make contact with Big Thunder Slots by filling in a web form to initiate chat.  If the chatbot can’t answer your question, live chat with a person is available between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. It took me a while to get the chatbot to connect me to a real person but once it did my issue was very quickly fixed.
