Betsuna is a new for 2026 Progress Play online casino with a full product line-up and a nice looking welcome offer.
Betsuna is a new launch in the UK for 2026. Both the platform it’s on and the people behind it are far from new to the industry; Progress Play have been around for more than 10 years albeit with many improvements made to the platform during that time, and the people behind Betsuna have run Progress Play sites before. It’s nice to see that they have gone for the full line up of products including bingo and sports betting.
The first thing you’ll need to do when registering at Betsuna is to enter an email address and choose a password. On this first screen, you must also enter your mobile number and tick the box to accept the terms and conditions and other rules.
On the next screen, you fill in your full name, date of birth and gender. There’s a box to tick indicating you wish to receive unique promotional offers; once ticked, a panel opens up which lets you opt into casino, sport and bingo offers separately, by SMS and/or email, or check all if you want to receive everything. On the final screen, you’ll find country and currency automatically set to the UK and GBP, and a box where you can start typing your address and select from a drop down list. There’s also a box for a promo code but this is not needed to claim the welcome offer.
Immediately after registering you’ll see the deposit screen, with a pop up prompting you to upload proof of ID, address and payment; you normally don’t have to do this immediately in order to deposit or start playing. You’ll also be sent a reminder about this via email. They also send a 4 digit code via SMS which you need to enter into a pop-up to validate your account.
You don’t have to deposit right away but your opportunities for looking around before depositing are limited as if you have no funds in your account you’ll be taken back to the deposit screen every time you want to open a game.
Finally, be aware that there is a limit of 5 on the number of casino welcome offers a player can claim at Progress Play sites, so if you’ve played at several of this type of site before you might not be eligible.
Bingo at Betsuna is courtesy of Playtech, and the first thing you’ll see when you visit the bingo lobby is a helpful little tutorial widget offering to show you around. In the unlikely event that you’re not already familiar with the Playtech bingo product, you can also find lots of documention about the bingo games in the lobby side menu.
At the time of writing (May 2026) there are 14 bingo rooms to choose from:
All of this is served up in an easy to use and mobile friendly lobby. There’s hosted chat, with a single chatroom covering all bingo rooms at all Progress Play casinos that have them. You can play a selection of slot games by Playtech and Eyecon as minigames while in a bingo room, or in larger versions from the Games tab without leaving the bingo lobby.
Visit the Prebuy tab to buy tickets for future games. You can quickly buy for anything that’s coming up in the next couple of hours or use the advanced filters (time, bingo type, feature, ticket price) to find and buy for games up to a month ahead of time.
There are more than 4000 slot games to choose from at Betsuna from more than 50 different providers. If you tried just one new game a day, it would take you more than 10 years to sample them all and that’s without counting any new games added in the meantime (and they add new games often!)
The Featured Games part of the lobby is a great place to go to browse games if you don’t want to have to scroll through the thousands of games in the Slots area; it’s got lots of classic games such as Big Bass Bonanza, Age of the Gods: God of Storms and Fluffy Favourites mixed up with many others you may not have come across.
Jackpots include many titles by Playtech and Eyecon, Greentube’s Starlight Jackpots and Red Tiger Daily Jackpots, with getting on for 200 games altogether, but it’s a bit disappointing that the likes of King Millions, Dream Drop and Jackpot King are not represented.
If you don’t find anything you want to play in either of these sections or in the new games area, you can use the search box. The search returns providers as well as games and you’ll see results after typing in just two characters.
Although there’s not a lot of information on the game tiles (just the name of the game and the provider, with nothing about game features, RTP or current jackpot size), almost all of the games have a free demo version for logged in players, which is nice to see. You can also save games to your favourites by clicking or tapping on the little heart icon on the game tile.
If you fancy something other than slots the first place to check out is the Casual games area in the Casino part of the site. There are more than 200 games in here including scratchcards, keno, lotto style games, pachinko, video bingo, spin the wheel and crash games. There’s also an area for table games including some themed varieties of roulette (9 Masks of Fire, World Cup, Breaking Bad, Space Invaders).
Head over to the Live part of the site to find roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows by Playtech and Evolution. It doesn’t look like the world’s biggest selection initially, but you’ll find many that aren’t in the main lobby if you open one of the games and then go to the Playtech or Evolution lobby.
The sportsbook at Betsuna has a slightly confusing layout. Racing is not in the list of sports so at first glance you might think they don’t cover it, but it’s actually in its own lobby area covering all UK horse and greyhound racing and some internationals. Esports (of which they have lots) is also not easy to find as there’s no esports section; each esport appears independently in the main sports list.
Initial confusion over, the sportsbook is pretty comprehensive and offers in play (“Live”) betting on many sports as well as thousands of prematch bets. There’s also a live calendar where you can see what’s coming up over the next week.
Bet Builders are available on football and several other ball sports, with more promised in the future.
Betsuna has live chat support for logged in players but it is not easy to find (you have to be in the Account or Cashier areas of the site for it to appear) and the initial contact is with “Fin The Bot”; if this chatbot can’t resolve your issue you’ll be invited to submit a ticket. I needed to do this and my problem was fixed in less than an hour.
Instant bank transfer is available as a deposit method; it’s powered by Truelayer rather than Trustly and not all UK banks are supported. If your bank is one of the ones that isn’t, there are several other deposit methods to choose from so you should be able to find one you like (be aware that Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from the welcome offer).
Player promotions are a generally strong point at Progress Play casinos and Betsuna has a number of deposit based offers; some are weekly and some are time limited but can be claimed multiple times. If you like the idea of being able to claim a promotion on pretty well every deposit, this could be the place for you.
There’s also a fun player rewards scheme with missions to complete.
If you’re looking for casino, sports and bingo all under one roof, Betsuna looks like a great alternative to the big bookies. Enjoy!
At Best New Bingo Sites all of our reviews are completely honest and written by industry experts. We aim to present all our offers as transparently as possible with a full explanation of the terms and conditions. We receive commission from the sites we feature and this may affect how prominently they appear on our site and their position in our listings.
10x bonus on slots, some games excluded (list on site)
All Progress Play sites have the same Responsible Gaming document which lays out the safer gamlbing tools as well as giving advice and directing players to outside sources of help. The document is a bit formulaic, but the Safer Gambling Tools dashboard that logged in players have access to is very nicely designed with several extras over what is legally required. Deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session limits and reality check can all be set at the touch of a button and timeout and self exclusion can also be activated easily.
