BetLegend is a new for 2026 UK facing online casino and sportsbook. It’s got lots of exclusive games that are only shared with a few sister sites.
BetLegend is a new UK sportsbook and casino which is one of a handful of sites on the Anakatech platform along with LuckyMate and Betcrown. Anakatech Interactive Limited are based in Bulgaria; they’ve had a UK remote casino licence since 2017 and launched their first UK facing site Winomania not long after that. The sports betting licence is newer – it was issued in 2024. They also develop their own games (more on this later) and the licence for that is held by Anakatech Limited.
The registration process at BetLegend is simple but there are a few things to bear in mind when claiming the welcome offer:
The casino lobby at BetLegend has close to 2000 games and more than 1500 of them are slot games.
Their major slot game providers are Pragmatic Play, Games Global and Play’n Go, with around 700 of the games being from one of these three providers. Netent, Red Tiger, Wazdan, Relax Gaming, Inspired, Peter and Sons, Elk Studios and several others are also present but with fewer games. In the case of Eyecon and Big Time Gaming, there’s just a few games apiece but they are all absolute classics. You can also explore around 80 slot games by Anakatech’s in house game provider Spinoro, which you won’t have come across before unless you’ve played at another Anakatech site.
There’s lots of game categories in the lobby to help you find something you’d like to play.
The Greatest Of All Time lobby area is packed with classics including Book of Dead, Starburst, Eye of Horus, Fishin’ Frenzy, Bonanza, 9 Pots of Gold, Book of Ra and Buffalo Blitz, while Featured Slots is a curated selection of relatively recent games like Game of Thrones, Pirots 5, 12 Masks of Fire Drum Frenzy and Gold Cash Freespins 2. And of course, there’s an area for new releases.
The Let’s Go Fishing and Irish Luck lobby areas group games together by theme, with around 30 of each. Then there’s a couple of game provider areas; Drops & Wins (for Pragmatic Play) and Playtech.
The lobby has a Jackpot tab but in fact there is only one genuine progressive jackpot slot. It’s the very popular original Mega Moolah game though, so no need to feel short changed.
Some of the lobby areas are for non slot games; Crash and Arcade has plinko and mines games as well as the crash and scratch games you’d expect, Slingo has around 40 games and Table Games has non live dealer roulette and blackjack plus first person versions (without the live host) of Evolution games.
For the live host versions of those games, you’ll need to head over to the Live Casino part of of the site where there’s live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows from Playtech Live, Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Ezugi, Stakelogic, Inspired and Creedroomz – an absolutely stellar line-up of live casino providers.
If you don’t spot a game you’d like to play in any of these lobby areas, you can try out the search function. The moment you open the search box, you’ll be given the opportunity to search by provider. Click on any of the 30 or so provider names to see all their games. Alternatively you can start typing a game name into the search box; results will start appearking after you’ve typed in three characters and they are exact matches only, so “immo” turns up the 4 Immortal Romance slot games, Immortal Desire by Hacksaw and The 8 Immortals by Spinoro, while “imm” also shows a couple of immersive roulette games. You can click directly on the game in the search result to play.
There’s not a lot of information about games in the lobby, just the name of the game and provider. Each tile has an info icon that in theory leads to a page with more information about the game, but most of them haven’t been filled in so you’ll end up having to load up the game in question if you want to know about bonus features, volatility or Return To Player.
The BetLegend sportsbook is powered by Altenar and has separate hubs for horse racing and in-play betting, as well as the main hub which features a huge range of sports and esports. During the football season, the top leagues have their own special menu right at the top of the list of sports. On the main menu, you can filter fixtures by when they are due to play – today, tomorrow, or in the next 3,6 or 24 hours – and select region from a drop down menu. Each of the main sports also has its own mini hub where you can filter by date, league and/or region. The esports hub lets you drill down even further.
The horse racing hub includes UK, Ireland and Australia.
In-play betting is available on football and other ball sports, darts, snooker and esports.
BetLegend also has a Virtuals hub where you can bet on virtual football, table tennis and motorsports for a spot of entertainment when there’s no live sports on.
Apart from the casino welcome offer everything on the promotions page at BetLegend is focused on sports and specifically football. There’s Bet Builder, ACCA Boost, cash out etc. Casino players do at least have Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins and other such promotions including Playtech Lucky Rush.
Support is delivered via live chat; it’s not open 24/7 but (at the time of writing) 8am – 11pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 10pm weekends which isn’t bad at all. When you open the chat you’ll be presented with a list of topics to ask about (depositing, offers and promotions, tech support and so on). Select the one you want and type in your message. At the top of the chat window is a banner giving the current reply time which is a very nice touch. If you try to use chat out of hours, there is a message on the chat window saying “We are outside our business hours. Please come back later”. You can then fill in the form on the Contact Us page with details of your issue, or email them.
Payment methods are a slightly weak area, with no e-wallets or prepaid vouchers accepted.
BetLegend is a well designed sportsbook and casino combo with a good range of games (although it would be nice if there were a few more progressive jackpots). As there are now half a dozen other sites on the Anakatech platform, it’s hasn’t quite got the freshness of the earlier launches, but still represents a great alternative to the likes of Progress Play, especially with all those exclusive slot games.
At Best New Bingo Sites all of our reviews are completely honest and written by industry experts who have deposited and played at lots of online casinos. We present all our offers as transparently as possible, with a full and detailed explanation of the terms and conditions. We receive commission from the brands we feature and this can affect their positioning on our listings pages.
1x welcome offer spins winnings, on slots (some games excluded)
BetLegend has a well laid out and regularly updated Responsible Gaming page. There’s a policy statement at the top and everything below is helpfully divided into subsections which you can read via a dropdown so you’re not faced with a huge wall of text.
Each of the safer gambling tools has its own subsection which goes into quite a lot of detail. For example, Limits explains the different types of limit (deposit, session, loss) and how to set them while Self-Exclusion explains the full consequences.
There’s also links to Gamstop, Gamcare and various other helpful organisations.
