Friends Bingo At Foxy Bingo

Friends™ Bingo is a new bingo game exclusively at Foxy Bingo, themed on the classic 90s sitcom.  It is 90 ball bingo with a couple of extras that make it considerably more interesting than a regular 90 ball game.

When buying tickets, players must choose one of the 6 Friends, each one associated with a range of 15 numbers.

• Team Phoebe –  1-15
• Team Chandler –  16-30
• Team Rachel  – 31-45
• Team Ross  – 46-60
• Team Monica  – 61-75
• Team Joey  – 76-90

During the game, a leaderboard runs showing how mnay of the numbers that were called are associated with each character.  At the end of each game, the pot is split between the tickets held by players who chose the winning character or characters.   It is a small amount (currently £3, regardless of ticket price) but because it pays out in every single game it adds a lot to the entertainment value.

 

Central Perk Ticket

Friends™ Bingo has a jackpot meta game named after the coffee shop in the TV show.  The Central Perk ticket is a 90 ball ticket that is the same for all players in every game.  Whenever someone wins a full house, the number they win on is checked against the Central Perk ticket.  If that number appears on the ticket and hasn’t yet been marked off, they win a prize; the prizes available are Any Number (£2), Any Line (£15),  Any Two Lines (£35) and Full House (£100).  The prizes are fixed; there’s no progressive element and they are the same regardless of the ticket price of the game (which varies from 5p to 15p).  Once the Full House has been won everyone starts all over again with a new Central Perk ticket.

This is not a particularly new concept (it’s been done before at other bingo sites, for instance in Coronation Street Bingo at Gala Bingo) but is always popular, especially as the card gets towards completion as it is in the screenshot.  Of course, the more numbers that have already been marked off, the harder it gets to mark any more off and when the Central Perk ticket is down to 1TG there’s just 1 chance in 90 of the Full House prize dropping in the next game.

 

Friends™ Bingo – Our Verdict

Friends™ Bingo is a really fun game even if you aren’t a fan of the TV show – the leaderboard and Central Perk ticket are great additions to the basic 90 ball game and it just goes to show how vastly superior the Cozy Games based bingo product at the new Foxy Bingo is compared to a regular Cozy bingo site.
