We’ve now established that this was an issue affecting every new player at every Virtue Fusion bingo site, not just Buzz. We believe it has been fixed now.

I want to clarify the welcome offer. You don’t get anything if you deposit £5 it’s only when you deposit and spend £10 on bingo and you get £20 for anything on the online site, 10 free slots spins and 2x£5 club vouchers. I currently work at one of the club sites and promote this on a daily basis.

Hi Alison! Although all the land bingo halls that used to be called Gala are now called Buzz, the same is not true of the online bingo sites. Gala Bingo online is a completely separate operation and Buzz Bingo online is connected with the bingo halls. You should be able to register at Buzz Bingo online with your bingo hall membership number. Hope that helps.
It says live chat so I started one so I could deposit with paysafecard that was a waste of time after sending 3 messages and getting no response it then said nobody was available i also sent an email last week with no reply. Paysafecard doesn’t seem to be on the deposit methods and if it is I don’t have the option to add new deposit method
