Wild West Wins is one of those Jumpman sites where the welcome offer spins are on a slot that’s in keeping with the theming. It’s backed by a newspaper giant and offers slots, bingo and casino games.
Reach Gaming (an arm of the Reach newspaper group) is the owner of Mirror Bingo among others, and Wild West Wins is the first of their brands that isn’t linked to a media outlet, giving them the opportunity to be a bit more creative with the theming. It runs on the well-known Jumpman platform so many elements will be familiar to anyone who has experience of that brand.
As with all of the Jumpman platforms, Wild West Wins is offered to UK players through a UKGC license. For those outside the UK, is certified by the Alderney Gaming Control Commission, and the home page also shows certification of its SSL protocol provided by GoDaddy.
The site’s vivid red design is certainly striking, and there are appropriate images of cactii, mesas and cowboy hats scattered across the home page. The Wild West theme is not particularly original, but in this case, the presentation is engaging and effective.
As with many Jumpman sites, the sign up process at Wild West Wins has been streamlined to three short online pages, and there’s an option to sign up more quickly through PayPal, although if you choose this option, you will have to make a deposit to complete your registration.
There aren’t many options on the home page. You can choose from Trophies, which refers to the site’s gamification element, Promotions and All Games. Click on the third of those and you’ll have further options: Slots, Casino, Live Casino, Jackpot and Bingo.
For fans of roulette, blackjack and baccarat, the search system works well, as each game as its own section in the Casino and Live Casino areas of the site. Slots fans have a harder time looking for their preferred game as there are no search filter options, just a collection of loosely logical categories that group together fishing, Egyptian and space-themed titles, as well as a search bar for players who happen to know the name of the game they’re looking for.
If you’re looking for a more obscure game, such as a scratchcard or keno, you’ll have to open the See All Games tab and get scrolling. You can’t search by provider, RTP or volatility and none of the game panels display any additional information, which is frustrating.
Wild West Wins also has some bingo rooms provided by Pragmatic Play and while this bingo platform has some strengths (most notably the consistent liquidity and prizes) it is a little limited compared to some offerings.
Clicking on the home page’s Bingo option gives you access to around a dozen rooms, which provide a good range of variants, from 30-ball bingo, up to the 90-ball version. Unlike with the jackpot games in the slots section, the bingo room panels provide information on the current size of the jackpot and the number of players. At the time of our review, we found the Heavyweight and Super Heavyweight rooms were particularly busy, though the biggest prize was a five-figure progressive jackpot in the Country Road room.
For players who like to play the penny games, you will find some available in the Boombox room, but otherwise, apart from a selection of eight mini games, this is a fairly basic bingo platform. Free games don’t appear to occur very often, and, most importantly, there isn’t a chat option here, so the community element is entirely absent.
It’s good to see bingo being given some love, and the bingo section at Wild West Wins is not a bad one, but it doesn’t compare to the variety and range of features at a specialist bingo site.
There are over 3,800 games on the Wild West Wins site, though as we mentioned above, finding your preferred slot can be a little hit and miss.
The roster of game developers represented here is impressive, however, and includes Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, Red Tiger, Eyecon and Microgaming. All the popular slots are here, including Book of Dead, Starburst and Eye of Horus.
There’s an entire category devoted to fishing games, which is dominated by no less than 22 variants of Big Bass Bonanza. There are well over 150 games in both the Cosmic Adventure and Tales of Egypt sections, and if you’re a fan of Fluffy Favourites, there are 14 variants under the Fluffy and Friends heading.
The Jackpot section features 66 games, although none of the big titles like Mega Moolah, Divine Fortune or the Age of the Gods series. There’s an even more limited choice for table game fans, with 26 roulette titles, 18 blackjack games and just one baccarat option, and the live casino section is around the same size, which is unusual for a modern casino platform.
Like a number of other Jumpman sites, the bonus spins offers at Wild West Wins are focused on particular slots that fit with the theme. So, the no deposit spins offer gives you bonus spins on Cowboy’s Gold, while the bonus spins you can win when you claim the Loot Chest welcome offer are for Mustang Gold by Pragmatic Play.
The trophy gamification feature at Wild West Wins is common to all Jumpman sites. If you check out the Trophies link at the top of the home page, you can see the full range of trophies you can win for making deposits and playing on the site. Every five Trophies collected gives you another spin on the Mega Wheel (although you will need to make a deposit in order to claim the spin).
There’s also usually a good spread of other promotions, some of them topical, such as Daily Spins Reel, the Turbo Wheel and Fluffy Fridays. The array of bonuses is welcome, but it is offset by the extremely high wagering requirement of x65, which is at the top end of the industry range.
In common with most of the other Jumpman titles, there are no native apps to download, but the relatively simple presentation and limited features on the site means most mobile browsers will have no problem running it, either in landscape or portrait mode.
The other aspect that Wild West Wins has in common with its sister sites is the sub-par customer support. You have to scroll to the foot of the page and look for the small Help link, which then opens up a basic FAQ section, and a yellow Support button. Clicking on the latter opens an e-message form, but that’s about it. There’s no telephone or live chat support, which is surprising for a modern UK-focused site.
Wild West Wins largely shares the same attributes as the other Jumpman sites. If you like slots, there’s plenty to keep you occupied here, the bingo section is satisfactory, and the design and theme are well executed. But if you’re looking for anything other than slots play, you’ll face a significant lack of choice, while getting around the site to find the features you want is a hassle, due to the lack of filter options. Despite its big slot choice, Wild West Wins doesn’t do enough to stand out from the crowd of adequate but unspectacular Jumpman sites out there.
65 x bonus on slots only (no progressive jackpots). Only bonus play contributes.
The same responsible gaming page appears on every Jumpman site. It’s pretty basic and the tools available are just the usual deposit limits, reality check, take a break and self exclusion. Some can be used from account settings and others by using the link to email customer services.

Likely reasons – not having completed wagering requirements, not having supplied enough ID to verify the account. We don’t have any access to player data so you will need to take it up with them directly.
