Panda Bingo was brand new for 2025, but everyone behind it already had many years of experience in the industry.  It joined a small group of bingo sites that included UK Bingo and Chit Chat Bingo, both of which had moved on to Grace Media after parting company with Dragonfish in 2024, plus BOGOF Bingo which was already on Grace Media.

Unfortunately, a series of problems with Grace Media began not long after launch.

1. A lobby upgrade that was supposed to take a few hours began in June 2025, but it can’t have been properly planned as it took two weeks for Grace Media sites to come back on line and even longer for everything to start working properly again – not what you want, as an operator, when you’ve just launched a new site!
2. There was another extended outage a year or so later following a “cybersecurity incident” in which some player data was compromised.
3. The final straw was the announcement by Pragmatic Play in June 2026 that they would be retiring their bingo product.  It seems that Grace Media are not going to be replacing it with different bingo software.

That left Panda Bingo with the choice of either becoming a site with bingo in its name that doesn’t have any actual bingo, or moving to a different platform. Not a hard choice, especially as Panda Bingo’s owners already had a string of successful bingo sites on another platform.

And so barely a year after its original launch, Panda Bingo was reborn as a Progress Play site with Playtech bingo rooms.  And it really is essentially a new site, as the player base didn’t carry over from the Grace Media version.

Although the lobby layout of the new Panda Bingo is quite different to what it was before, the playful panda theming and pink and white colour scheme have been preserved.

Bingo Games At Panda Bingo

Let’s face it, changing from Pragmatic Play bingo to Playtech Bingo is a big step up. As the undisputed industry leader, the Playtech bingo network has massive numbers of players giving it the sky-high liquidity needed to be able to offer some serious big money prizes.

You can play 90 ball bingo in several different rooms including one with cheap tickets and one with the games played at breakneck pace, and there’s also a choice of 75 ball rooms, one running 5 Line (Swedish) bingo and one running patterns. 80 ball bingo is also available.

Then there’s all the Playtech specials.  Deal Or No Deal Bingo is perhaps the best known and best loved of these and it comes in 75 ball and 90 ball versions.  You can also try out a Fluffy Favourites themed 90 ball bingo game, 50 ball bingo in the form of the single ticket multi stake game Clover Rollover Bingo, and Bouncy Balls Bingo which is an exciting 60 ball bingo game where you play with 5 differently sized tickets.

Playtech also run the previously mentioned big money bingo games in regular daily, weekly and monthly versions.

That’s just what’s on regularly – Playtech also often run seasonal promotions with special bingo rooms, extra guaranteed prizes or escalator jackpots.

The bingo rooms have chat and once you’ve got to grip with the filters in the Prebuy tab, you can buy tickets for games up to a month in advance.  You can also play some popular Playtech and Eyecon slot games without leaving the bingo lobby (and even without leaving the bingo rooms you’re in, though in this case you’ll get the minigame versions.

Slot Games At Panda Bingo

Just as at the Grace Media version, the vast majority of the games at the new Panda Bingo that aren’t bingo, are slots. We’re talking more than 4000 slot games, though, whereas the older version of the site had more like 400.  Popular titles like Book of Dead, Starburst and Immortal Romance that were noticeably absent from the Grace Media platform are available on Progress Play which is nice to see.

The New and Featured lobby areas alone have more than twice as many games as were on offer at the old Panda Bingo, so you’ll probably find plenty to keep you entertained in there. If not, there are a couple of other ways to find games:

The Providers lobby area splits games up by provider, which is helpful if you’ve enjoyed several games by a provider and want to see what else they’ve produced that might have a similar vibe.

The search box lets you search game providers as well as game names and returns results when you’ve entered 2 or more characters.

All of the game tiles in the lobby (but not in the search results) have a heart icon which you can click or tap to add to your favourites.  They also show the game provider, the game name in plain text and most have a link to a free demo version for logged in players.

Unusually for a Progress Play site, Panda Bingo doesn’t have a lobby area for jackpot slots, but I was able to find some (Age of the Gods and Fluffy) very quickly by searching,

If you’re looking for a break from slots, the Casino part of the lobby has various themed roulette games along with blackjack and baccarat., but there are no live casino games. You can also check out the Casual part of the lobby for some weird and wonderful instant win titles including scratchcards, video bingo, keno,  lucky tap and crash games.

Other Things To Consider

Panda Bingo’s owners have a history of running their own exclusive promotions rather than using the ones supplied by Progress Play.  You can expect deposit offers for both bingo and casino and typically these can be claimed multiple times. There’s also a network rewards scheme.

There’s a wide range of deposit options at Progress Play sites, most of which can be used to claim the welcome offer and other promotions, but be aware that some of them have a minimum deposit that’s higher than the usual £10 and that there’s a fee to withdraw.

Support (for issues that aren’t addressed by the Help Centre FAQs) is done via live chat; the initial contact is with a chatbot after which the issue is sent on to the correct team if need be.

Final Thoughts

A huge amount of care and attention went into the creation of the Panda Bingo brand and it’s great to see it in a new home with a frankly much better bingo product and more than ten times as many slot games.
