About bet365

Online since 2001, bet365 is a great British institution that employs thousands of people at its Stoke-on-Trent headquarters and in satellite offices around the world.  In 2025, the bet365 website was redesigned to group all gaming products under the umbrella of “Casino” and in 2026, the bingo product was removed completely making bet365 just about the only big bookie not to offer it at all.  The other products are all top notch.

Getting Started at bet365

The registration process at bet365 is very user friendly. Once you’ve entered your details and opted in to hear about free bets and offers, a verification code will be sent by SMS to your mobile phone. Enter the code and as soon as your account is verified (usually immediately) you’ll receive an email with step by step instructions on how to claim the welcome offer (and mere minutes later, a safer gambling email with a full rundown of all their player protection tools).

Depositing at bet365 is super easy. All you need to do is choose your payment method from the drop down menu and enter the details. There are no fees, and no payment methods which are not eligible for promotions. The deposit screen also includes a link to set deposit limits and the banking area also includes the Balances screen where you can keep track of your withdrawable balance and any bonuses or bet credits from anywhere on the bet365 site.

Sports betting at bet365

Three out of the four main areas of the bet365 site are now devoted to sports. Apart from the sportsbook itself, there’s Fantasy, where you can find fantasy sports tournaments on football and several other sports, and Extra, where you can find sports news, results and features as well as special promotions.

The sportsbook itself really needs no introduction; it’s the original and the best, with a huge range of fixtures to bet on including in-play. Also under the sportsbook umbrella are esports, virtual sports, politics, specials and lotto (this last including the bet365 exclusive Lotto365).

Slot Games at bet365

Thanks to the site redesign all of the slot games at bet365 are now easy to find as rather than being spread across three separate areas of the site as they were before, they are all located under Slots in the casino part of the bet365 site. It’s an extremely comprehensive collection of games with all major providers covered.

Once you’re in the Slots part of the casino lobby, you can sort the games alphabetically, by popularity or by how new they are. You can search for games by name if you know exactly what you’re looking for. If you don’t have a specific game in mind, there’s a very powerful filter you can use to refine your search; you can filter on type, theme, bonus features, volatility, provider and/or Return To Player. For example, if you pick Irish games as the theme and Inspired as the provider, you’ll be presented with half a dozen games that fit the bill.

There are also a few lobby tabs for very popular selections like Classic Slots, Megaways and Drops & Wins. And in pride of place there’s Originals, comprising more than 150 high quality games that are exclusive to bet365, including the X-Mechanics games developed in collaboration with Nolimit City.

Jackpots have their own tab and the first thing you’ll see when you go there is the bet365 exclusive progressive jackpot 8 Immortals; around a dozen games are connected including a roulette game and an instant win game as well as slots. Immediately after that comes another bet365 exclusive, Dual Drop Jackpots featuring the Ancient Gods series of slot games; they are dual drop because they have one jackpot that is guaranteed to drop weekly and one that is guaranteed to drop before reaching £100,000.

Other progressive jackpot slots include Jackpot King and Rapid Fire by Blueprint, IGT Megajackpots, Mega Moolah and Wowpots by Games Global, Age of the Gods, Power Play, Gladiator, Sporting Legends and Fire Blaze by Playtech, plus many others. It really is one of the most impressive line-ups of progressive jackpots you’ll see anywhere.

One thing that bet365 are very good at is giving players plenty of information about the games. On a large screen, all of the game tiles have a very helpful info bubble showing the game’s Return to Player, volatility and features (and if you don’t know what RTP and volatility are there’s a link to a help file explaining them). We really like the way that all of this information is made readily available while keeping the lobby free of clutter.

Also in the casino area of the site, you’ll find areas for (non live dealer) table and card games, Slingo, poker and crash and arcade games, featuring Bet365’s Original Express series including Plinko, Penalty Shootout, Hi-lo and Keno.

Live Casino at bet365

The live casino at bet365 is now better than ever thanks to the inclusion of game shows by Evolution (Funky Time, Mega Ball etc) and Pragmatic Play (Sweet Bonanza Candyland etc) as well as the Playtech ones they had already. The live casino area itself is beautifully presented with lots of game categorisation to help you find games you’ll enjoy. For example, Big Wheel Games have their own area in the lobby and there are areas for both Roulette and Multiplier Roulette.

There’s also an area for bet365 exclusives including many dedicated blackjack tables as well as bet365’s exclusive Super Spin Roulette and the Super Mega Ultra game show.

Other Considerations

There’s always plenty going on at bet365, with an ever changing array of player promotions. Visit the Offers page on the bet365 website, where you can view promotions categorised by Casino, Live Casino and Poker, to see what’s currently happening and find out more details. You’ll also receive details of current promotions via email. Even if you forget to check the Offers page or read your email you won’t miss out, as when you log on you’ll get a pop-up about any free spins you can claim and banners for other promotions you can opt into.

They also run promotions on social media.

bet365 works perfectly well on a phone browser but if you are going to be playing from your phone often, there are official bet365 mobile apps which can be downloaded from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). They can be set up to use fingerprint recognition so you don’t need to remember your password while out and about.

Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for somewhere with slots, casino and sports all under one roof (and don’t already have an account there) bet365 really hits the mark, especially with the new website design. They obviously really care about their players and this comes out in many ways – the lack of onerous wagering requirements, the transparency over game volatility and Return to Player, the ever changing array of promotions. The absence of bingo is the only thing that prevents them getting top marks from us!
