You can enter to become the Football Pie Connoisseur by filling out our competition form. We’ll need your details, planned away-days, and reasons why you would be the perfect winner. Below are some important details of the competition:

What is the promotion?

The title of the promotion is “The Football Pie Connoisseur”.

Who is the promoter?

• ICS-digital, operating on behalf of Best New Bingo Sites, are responsible for prize fulfilment.

Promotion details:

• Entry opens on 10th November and the closing date is 28th November. The winner will be contacted within two weeks of the competition’s close.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Best New Bingo Sites reserves the right to amend/withdraw the competition at any time.
• The prize will be delivered via direct bank transfer.
• By entering this promotion, the customer is opting in to this promotion and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• By entering the promotion, the winner accepts that his/her/their details and images will be used for promotional activity by Best New Bingo Sites and to follow the guidelines agreed in subsequent communication.
• By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to personally attend all away games in the competition time frame and provide Best New Bingo Sites with detailed reviews and updates game by game, in the required time frame. The reviews and updates will be used to populate the landing page upon completion.
• There is a maximum of one (1) winner.

• The winner will be picked by the marketing team that represents Best New Bingo Sites.

Who is eligible to enter?

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, and must be aged twenty-five (25) years or over. Applicants must be 25+ and a UK resident – ID will be required if you are chosen, to prove your age and residency.

The prize:

• £500 fee and individual expenses of up to £100 to the winner, to be paid via Bank Transfer. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed.
• The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to force-majeure.
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value, without providing notice.
• The chosen stadiums to try the pies will depend on the winner’s supported team and the stadiums their team will play at for the duration of the competition. A pie must be purchased, tried, photographed and reviewed at each visited stadium.
• Expenses to try the pies will cover the cost of 1 x pie from each visited stadium. £100 is the maximum a winner can claim back for expenses.
• The expenses will need to be paid for by the winner, and they will be reimbursed for this upon production of receipts by the promoter. The promoter will liaise with each winner to agree on the estimated expenses before purchase.

How can the prize be claimed?

• The prize must be claimed by the winner, and no third party may claim the prize.
• The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours of the announcement, Best New Bingo Sites reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing time.
• The promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize.

What general terms apply to this promotion?

DATA PROTECTION:

• When entering the competition, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be stored and used by the promoter when administering the prize draw.

DISQUALIFICATION:

Best New Bingo Sites reserves the right to disqualify the winner if:

• They have breached the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• The promoter cannot verify the account details.

PUBLICITY:

• By entering, you agree to the use of your name in any publicity material, as well as your entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

GENERAL:

• If Best New Bingo Sites has any reason to believe that any customer/entrant has breached the terms and conditions, they reserve the right to exclude the customer/entrant from participating in the competition.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• The promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
