Pink Ribbon Bingo is on the Dragonfish network and used to be an official partner of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity with 15% of their gross revenue going to the charity. They now sponsor a different breast cancer charity.

Against Breast Cancer is Pink Ribbon Bingo’s new beneficiary but it is no longer specified exactly how the charitable donation is calculated and although there’s information about fundraising promotions and so forth on the blog pages, it’s not very up to date.

In Autumn 2022, Pink Ribbon Bingo (along with several sister sites) changed its welcome offer to move away from bingo bonus (although there’s still a chance that you might end up with some bingo bonus if you win free bingo tickets on the Wheel of Fortune and win the game of bingo you use them in). The new offer is slots focused and combines a games bonus with a spin the wheel bonus game.

Pink Ribbon Bingo, then, is repositioning itself as a slot site with some bingo rather than primarily a bingo site and when you look at the Dragonfish network bingo rooms you can see why – the rooms where the prize money is generated from ticket sales are definitely on the quiet side and that means that the prizes are small and there’s not a lot going on in the chat. Pink Ribbon Bingo does at least have the exclusive Royal Room (shared with sister sites only) which runs free and bargain bingo games a couple of evenings a week.

Does it work as a slot site? Well, you may or may not be aware that there have been slots only Dragonfish sites around for years and some have been very successful. However, a couple of changes have been made to the platform in the last few months.

At the end of 2021 the Dragonfish software (and the rest of 888’s bingo business) was sold to Broadway Gaming and one effect of this has been that the range of slot games on offer has changed. Cleopatra and other IGT titles are gone as are Millionaire Genie and other 888 proprietary slots and several other providers, while in come lots of Microgaming games (sadly not Mega Moolah).

The latest version of the slots lobby is very pared down which is great for mobile usability but at many Dragonfish sites the only ways to find games are to scroll through all of them or search by name. Pink Ribbon Bingo and sister sites have some extra lobby tabs which makes it rather easier to locate games you may like.

One thing that hasn’t changed is that with the exception of Eyecon games, Dragonfish can be quite slow to add new releases so if you like to play the hottest titles right after they come out, this may not be the site for you.

On the plus side, Dragonfish slot bonuses are valid indefinitely as long as you continue to log in and play regularly and any game that can be played with bonus counts towards wagering requirements. The ones that can’t be played with bonus are clearly marked “real money” in the lobby – it couldn’t be simpler.
