Butlers Bingo is owned by Broadway Gaming and is part of the same group as Glossy Bingo, Bingo Diamond, Dotty Bingo and Rosy Bingo. After many years on the Microgaming bingo software, Butlers changed to the Pragmatic Play bingo product in October 2020. It’s still got a top selection of Microgaming (and other) slots.

Butlers Bingo has been delighting players for more than a decade and in its original incarnation as a Microgaming bingo site was famous for a huge progressive jackpot win by one of its players, the biggest ever on a bingo site. The win, which occurred in December 2012, was on the Microgaming slot game The Dark Knight and amounted to more than £5 million.

A great deal has changed at Butlers Bingo since then. The site design has changed, partly to remove the cartoon figure of the butler in order to comply with today’s more stringent advertising restrictions and partly to make the site easy to play on from all devices with a modern, uncluttered user interface. And under the hood, it used to be a 100% Microgaming site and now it isn’t. The slots offering is still very Microgaming heavy but they also have many Eyecon slot games which have long been favourites with bingo players. As for the bingo, the Microgaming bingo platform was retired in 2020 after a few years of looking increasingly outdated and the bingo rooms at Butlers Bingo are now all by Pragmatic Play despite Broadway’s purchase of the Dragonfish bingo software at the end of 2021.

As you’d expect from an organisation that knows an awful lot about bingo, the integration of the Pragmatic Play bingo product at Butlers Bingo has been done exceptionally well, with a custom lobby that includes both bingo rooms and slot games. Most but not all of the bingo rooms have hosted chat and as well as the various Pragmatic Play network bingo rooms running various form of bingo including the Deal or No Deal lookalike Diamond Dazzle, there’s an exclusive Broadway Room (only shared with other Broadway sites) where they run Broadway only promotions including regular escalator jackpots.

Other promotions at Butlers Bingo (at the time of writing, May 2023) include a weekly deposit offer and the Daily Deal, a free daily game that can be played for a week after making a deposit for the chance to win spins, deposit bonuses etc.

What you won’t find at Butlers Bingo is any table or live casino games; they are very much a bingo and slots site and not a casino. This old school approach with everything centred on the bingo and the community will undoubtedly be appealing to many players and may well be why Butlers Bingo remains popular with users despite having been around for such a long time.
