Red Tiger is a multi-awarded winning slot and casino game developer. We’ve included some of its best games below.
Pirates’ Plenty Battle For Gold by Red Tiger is the 2019 sequel to the prevous year’s Pirates’ Plenty The Sunken Treasure. As with all of Red Tiger’s games the jackpot arrangements and jackpot size vary from operator to operator. There may be more than one daily jackpot, or a grand jackpot that isn’t bounded by time or value. With these games, though, it’s really, all about the daily jackpots and the busier the operator, the bigger they get.
Like its predecessor, Pirates Plenty Battle For Gold has an extra play area, the Wild Island Row, which starts off locked: collect 50 map symbols (expect this to takes thousands of spins) to unlock it for all future play at the same stake level, upping the paylines from 20 to 30. There’s a free spins bonus round with extra wilds and another bonus feature, the Wild Monkey symbol which steals all the low paying symbols and triggers a respin with just the high paying symbols, but neither seem common.
Pirates Plenty Battle For Gold has RTP of 95.67% including the jackpot. It can be played from 20p a spin.

Sylvan Spirits is a five reel slot from Red Tiger Gaming that includes a standout free spins round with cascading reels and multipliers. Other highlights include a max win potential of 7656x and 1024 pay-lines.
Enchanted woodlands have become extremely over-populated recently, thanks to the harried minds of casino game developers. This particular offering is the latest to set up camp in a mystical forest.
Naturally ‘twee’ is the order of the day – the reels are populated with a rune stones etched with playing card lettering (sob) and an assortment of cutesy woodland creatures. Of these the internet browser-like fox is the most lucrative – he’ll reward an underwhelming 1.5 x your stake when he lands five times across a pay-line. The standard wild is represented by a sorceress.
A set of symbols are displayed above the game area – these are charged every time they form part of a Mystic Wilds (2×2 blocks of wilds). When the highlighted symbol is included in a winning combo, the accumulated multiplier is then applied.
Land three scatters and the bonus round is activated with 12 spins awarded. Tumbling (cascading) reels come into play during the round which can lead to plenty of recurrent wins – shame about the appalling RTP though.
RTP: 94.73%, Minimum Stake: 0.10
Rainbow Jackpots is a five reel slot from Red Tiger whose main features include an attention-grabbing free spins game and a symbol swap mechanic.
If there’s one slot game genre that desperately needs another addition to its swelling ranks, Irish luck most certainly isn’t one of them. But this didn’t stop Red Tiger from inflicting Rainbow Jackpots on an unsuspecting audience back in 2017. In fairness to them, there were only about 6 million similar games around back then so…
This particular effort is fronted up by a suitably gormless leprechaun and is replete with plenty other Irish clichés including a 4-leaf clover, a shamrock, horseshow and leprechaun top hat.
Of these standard symbols the shamrock is the most valuable and will pay out 24x your stake if it appears five times across a pay-line. This is bettered only by the wild which plays out 40x your stake.
A collection of randomly-triggered features is also thrown in with each one heralded by the Leprechaun who walks into the game area. There’s a Beer Bonus feature pick me feature which is activated by landing a symbol depicting three pints of stout. You’ll then get the chance to pick a glass which will fill to a certain level to determine the extent of your reward – it’s possible to win up to 1000x your stake here.
Then there’s the free spins round which is activated by unveiling three free spin symbols. Should the leprechaun make an appearance during these, you’ll get 100 free spins as per the Mega Spins feature. Also keep an eye out for the Magic Symbol swap mechanic. It’s activated randomly with a symbol emanating from the Leprechaun’s pipe and landing in multiple reel positions to help form winning combos.
RTP: 96.15%, Minimum Stake: 0.20
Jewel Scarabs is a new addition to Red Tiger’s Daily Jackpots series of slots. It has an Ancient Egyptian theme and is played on a 3×5 array with 9 paylines.
The most important symbol in the game is the jewel scarab itself. These function as both roaming wilds and scatters. In the base game, any scarab that forms part of a win stays on the reels for the next spin, flying to a new position in a beautifully done animation. Three scarabs anywhere on the reels trigger the free spins bonus round; they then stay on the reels for the duration of the free spins. During the bonus round, each scarab has a multiplier that increases by one each time it is part of a win and when more than one scarab is included in a win, their multipliers stack.
Jewel Scarabs has RTP of 95.72% (including the jackpot) and can be played from 10p a spin.

Dragon’s Fire InfiniReels is a three reel slot from Red Tiger that’s the latest to be given NetEnt’s new(ish) reel mechanic. On top of this, the game includes random multipliers and wilds as well as a free spins round that can award unlimited spins.
As one might expect from a Red Tiger/Netent offering, DFI it looks great, retaining the fantasy-based theme that graced its popular five reel predecessor. This time around though, the action initially takes places across three reels. Land matching symbols or unveil wilds on each reel will cause them to lock in place and another one added to the game area.
The Golden Dragon Eye is the most valuable symbol and is joined by fire wilds, a dragon’s egg and a logo which triggers the spins round. An incremental multiplier is in play during the base game, increasing after each winning spin. If one or two reels ignite, the fire wilds are activated and replace all others apart from the scatter.
The Dragon Spins feature is accessed by landing three scatters. You’ll then get to choose one of the golden dragon symbols to determine how many free spins are awarded. During the feature, multipliers won’t reset if you don’t win and also carry over to the base game after the round is complete. The fire wilds, fire eggs and a +2 symbol remains active with the latter awarding 2 re-spins if it appears.
RTP: 95.25%, Minimum Stake: 0.20

Dice Dice Dice is a five reel retro-styled slot from Red Tiger that incorporates modern elements including roaming re-spins and wild symbols.
Despite the name, there’s not much here to success that Dice Dice Dice is based on, well, dice. Presumably, it’s inspired by the game’s wild symbol – more of that in a minute.
The five reels are framed in a rather drab-looking wooden cabinet effect slot machine – they’re decorated with smooth renderings of classic symbols including cherries, melons and liberty bells etc – all very derivative and humdrum at first glance. But behind the visual drabness is quite an engaging, if simple, little slot game.
The base game is fairly typical, requiring you to land symbols from left to right across just ten pay-lines. However, the dice symbol, as well as substituting all others to help form winning combos, will roll to award a win multiplier according to the number its reveals – quite original all things considered. Pay-outs can also get rather tasty here, especially if you land multiple dice wilds.
Also in play are rolling re-spins that trigger randomly and award you with free spins whenever dice wilds appear. Every time the dice appears during this feature, the number rolled increases the Win Multiplier thus boosting pay-outs even further.
RTP: 94.69%, Minimum Stake: 0.10
Piggy Riches Megaways by Red Tiger sees yet another evergreen slot game given a Megaways makeover – in this case, Net Ent’s 10 year old high variance thriller. This is possible because Net Ent now own Red Tiger. Piggy Riches Megaways is one of Red Tiger’s Daily Jackpot games and there are various configurations of jackpot depending on which site you choose to play it at. It seems to be pretty popular, if the rate at which the daily jackpots ticked up on the day of its release are anything to go by.
Like many other Megaways games, Piggy Riches Megaways has a cascading wins game mechanic and a classic Megaways bonus round with an increasing multiplier. What makes the bonus round even higher variance than usual is the spin the wheel feature at the start, which can award from 7 to 22 free spins with a starting multiplier of 1x to 10x.
Piggy Riches Megaways has RTP of 95.7% and can be played from 10p a spin.

Pirates Plenty Megaways is the third instalment in Red Tiger’s successful swashbuckling slot game series. Comprising BGT’s six reel engine, it includes four bonus features including expanding and sticky wilds, multipliers and a free spins round.
The game area looks great and is set against the stern of a pirate ship with wooden staircases fringing the reel set. As with all Megaways slots, the reels are populated with a variable number of symbols. To form a winning combination, you’ll need to land at least three from left to right. The four bonus features are: Wild Ways, Lady Anne Wild, Wild Monkey and Free Spins.
The Wild Ways feature is triggered by collecting enough map symbols to sail a pirate ship across a map installed above the reels. The maximum 200,704 MegaWays are then activated as well as the Lady Anne feature.
The Lady Anne feature sees said character expand on the middle four reels with 8x multipliers also coming into play. She substitutes for all paying symbols. For the Wild Monkey feature, a monkey randomly appears across the reels removing low value symbols and then locking in place as a sticky wild for the first spin and any re-spins.
The free spins round is activated when you land a minimum of three scatters. The first three award 9 free spins with each extra scatter awarding another 2 free spins. A rising multiplier is active during the round with all free spin scatters that appear offering you the chance to re-trigger the feature.
RTP: 94.75%, Minimum Stake: 0.10
NFT Megaways is a six reel slot from Red Tiger. As the name will indicate for those of you in the know, it’s inspired by crypto currencies and block chain technology. As well as BGT’s popular mechanic, highlights include multiplier wilds and non-resetting free spins.
It’s definitely silly season in slot land. This is the second game we’ve come across in as many weeks that’s thematically original. NFT, which stands for Non-Fungible Token, is all about digital assets and such like.
Comprising a nicely-conceived retro theme complete with pixelated presentation (not sure what retro has to with crypto), the game is centred round the famed Megaways engine.
Typically, this means some sort of cascading wins function. In this case, it’s called ‘chain reaction’ meaning that all winning symbols are removed from the reels to be replaced with new ones.
Above the reels is a four-symbol row populated by special ‘Crypto Punk’ wilds. Whenever these wilds form part of a low-value winning combination, the other symbols involved are collected and contribute minimum x1 multipliers which are then tallied up as part of a win.
When the above wilds help create a high-value symbol win, they’re removed from the game area as part of the chain reaction and the multipliers are reset. Landing at least three, four, five or six scatters in any position activates the Crypto Spins feature. 10, 15, 20 or 25 free spins are then awarded depending on how many triggered the round. For your spins, crypto punk multipliers remain active albeit without the multipliers resetting.
RTP: 95.66%, Minimum Stake: 0.10
Leprechaun Magic is a five reel slot with 10 pay-lines. Although it sports a theme that’s become more prolific than a pint of Guinness on St Patrick’s Day, there are a few elements that offer a hint of originality.
The core game follows a familiar format but includes expanding symbols that appear in both the base and bonus game – if you land a winning combination the symbols turn gold for the subsequent spin. If another gold symbol then appears, it expands to fill the entire reel(s) and a new pay-out calculation is made according to these ‘stacked’ symbols. There’s also a Magic Spins feature that’s triggered by landing at least three pots of gold in any position on a single spin.
You’ll then get the chance to spin a ‘Magic Wheel’ for up to 16 free spins. If you manage to activate the wheel with four or five pot of gold symbols, you’ll be granted another four or eight spins respectively. The free spins round is very similar to the base game. However, any winning symbols that are turned golden turn into expanding symbols and remain so for the duration of the round. So if you’re lucky enough to be presented with a high value symbol straight away, some generous pay-outs are quite possible.
RTP: 95.03%, Minimum Stake: 0.20

Fintech businessman Nick Maughan founded Red Tiger in 2014. Along with Gavin Hamilton (formerly Paddy Power) and Giles Potter (Plumbee), Maughan set about developing a casino software company that could deliver innovative, high quality video slots.
Red Tiger’s early slots featured colourful, cartoonish graphics. Seasonal five reel game, Jingle Bells was one of the first, released in November 2015. By the end of 2016, Red Tiger had launched more than 30 titles. Due to the company’s inroads into Far-Eastern markets, a fair number comprised Asiatic themes including Dragon’s Luck, Golden Lotus, Chinese Treasures and Imperial Palace.
As well as a burgeoning client base of top online slot operators, the company secured distribution deals in 2018 with high-street betting shops Ladbrokes and Coral. At this point, it was clear that Red Tiger’s star was on the rise.
To meet the demand for Red Tiger games, a further 93 titles were released between 2017 and 2019. Many of these became classics such as Dynamite Riches, Reel King and Rainbow Jackpots – a popular clone of classic Barcrest slot, Rainbow Riches. Then in 2019, BGT granted Red Tiger a licence to develop Megaways games.
Red Tiger’s growing reputation within the industry (not to mention its Megaways license) eventually attracted the attention of acclaimed slot developer, NetEnt. In late 2019, the Swedish outfit purchased Red Tiger for an estimated £200 million.
Today, Red Tiger has developed more than 180 online slots that are served to a vast array of casino and online bingo sites. Some of these include Mecca, Betfred Bingo and Playzee. Although owned by NetEnt, its entire back catalogue, as well as its new slot games, continues to be produced under the Red Tiger banner.
Red Tiger’s impressive range of casino slots is made up of the following variants.
There are twelve three reel video slots of varying configurations, among them Jester Spins and Emerald Diamond. Save for the Megaways variants, five and six reel slots make up the rest of Red Tiger’s library. While most still retain the kind of cutesy visuals prevalent in earlier games, presentation levels tend to be of a higher standard, particularly with regards to games like War of Gods and Wild O Clock.
In terms of gameplay, they’ll often include multiple bonus rounds as well as randomly-triggered base game mini-features such as special wilds and shifting reel symbols. Red Tiger developers are also now able to integrate the Infinireels and Cluster Pays engines pioneered by Netent. Dragons Fire Infinireels is one of the latest examples.
Additionally, Red Tiger has its own proprietary slot game mechanic known as Power Reels. Very similar to Megaways, Power Reels slots comprise shape-shifting 7 x 6 reel lay-outs and up to 30 pay-lines. Zeus Lightning: Power Reels is the most popular one to date.
Popular Red Tiger Video Slots – Dragons Fire Infinireels, Dynamite Riches, Reel King Mega, Rocket Men, War of Gods
Red Tiger progressive jackpot slots are not wide area but are specific to operators or to networks of skins. For example, there’s a version specific to Paddy Power and Betfair, one specific to Gamesys sites including Virgin Games, and one across all Skill On Net casinos. This means that the jackpot sizes can vary dramatically from site to site. As indicated by the name, these slots reward guaranteed progressive prizes every day. The most common version offers the Super Drop, Daily Drop and Hourly Drop Jackpot but some operators have different configurations; at Gamesys, for instance, there’s Double Drops, with one daily jackpot guaranteed to drop by 8pm and the other by midnight and at Paddy Power, there’s a Cash Booster that must drop before it reaches a set amount and a huge Monster Jackpot as well as the daily jackpot.
All of Red Tiger’s slots can potentially be linked to this jackpot system.
Red Tiger’s range of Megaways slots includes revamps of classic NetEnt games, in addition to its own creations. The developer has released nine so far such as the highly-anticipated Gonzo’s Quest Megaways, Piggy Riches Megaways and Captain Rizk Megaways.
Popular Red Tiger Megaways Slots – Captain Rizk Megaways, Dragon’s Luck Megaways, Dragon’s Fire Megaways, Gonzo’s Quest Megaways, Piggy Riches Megaways
Most slots by Red Tiger hit the industry average of around 96%. But in contrast to the best RTP slots from Blueprint and Playtech, there aren’t too many Red Tiger games above 97%. The main exception is Zeus Lightning: Power Reels with a 97.73% RTP. Other than this, the most generous Red Tiger games in respect of return to player rates are Wild Spartans (96.43%), Chinese Treasures (96.31%), Dragon’s Luck (96.29%) and God of Wealth (96.25%).
