Blueprint Gaming is a leading casino game developer that features an expansive range of online slots. Some of its most popular titles can be found here.
Gods of Olympus Megaways is a six reel slot from Blueprint that’s powered by BGT’s famed mechanic. Noteworthy features include five reel modifiers and four free spin features.
Blueprint certainly won’t be receiving any rewards for thematic originality – Ancient Greece has been visited so much by developers and weary gamers that it should probably be renamed Ayia Napa.
You should know the drill by now. If you don’t it goes something like this: The five reel game area is set against a temple. The reels are decorated by low to medium symbols which are made to look like Greek Linear B letting. Medium to high value symbols are represented by passable renderings of various ‘immortals’ from Ancient Greece such as Aries, Zeus, Athena and Poseidon.
Complementing the very, very, very familiar base game are five random modifiers: Wild Thunder, Colossal Thunder, Mystery Thunder, Bonus Thunder and Respin Thunder.
Wild Thunder awards up to 10 wild multipliers, Colossal Thunder turns up to six reels into one to display the same symbol, while for the Mystery Thunder feature, mystery symbols are added to all reels, thus guaranteeing a pay-out. As part of the Bonus Thunder feature, extra scatters get added to the reels and finally, for the Re-Spin Thunder feature, winning symbols become sticky and you’ll receive re-spins.
To trigger the free spins features, you’ll need three, four, five or six lightning bolts. You’ll then receive ten, twelve, fifteen or twenty free spins respectively and be able to choose one of four free spins features: Wild Storm Free Spins (standard symbols turned into wilds), Rise of Olympus (Unlimited Win Multipliers), Almighty Wild Free Spins (2x and 3x multipliers become active), Colossal Free Spins (roaming stacked wilds become active).
RTP: 96.03%, Minimum Stake: 0.10
Genie Jackpots Megaways is a sequel to the very popular Genie Jackpots slot by Blueprint, but unlike the original it is not part of the Jackpot King progressive jackpot suite. Instead, it uses the Megaways game mechanic under license from Big Time Gaming. In Megaways, the symbols vary in height so the number of possible winning combinations across the 6 reels changes with each spin depending on the number of symbols that land on each reel. In Genie Jackpots Megaways, 2 to 5 symbols can land on a reel – giving 15,625 ways to win if all 6 reels have 5 symbols each. Symbols score the same and count as one symbol only regardless of height.
Genie Jackpots Megaways has the wealth of bonus features you’d expect from a Blueprint slot game. There are four bonus features (similar to the bonus features in that Blueprint classic Ted) which can be triggered by any spin plus four different bonus rounds (one of which is selected via the Cave of Wonders pick-me when free spins are triggered by the appearance of 3 or more scatters). The Genie Bonus Wish feature (another Big Time Gaming invention) enabled players to trigger the bonus round immediately for 100x stake but this has now been disabled in the UK.

The original Fishin’ Frenzy slot game, which has been around for more than 5 years, has already spawned a Megaways sequel and a Jackpot King version. Now Blueprint have come out with the craziest Fishin’ Frenzy game yet – Fishin’ Frenzy Power 4.
The Power 4 version features 4 sets of reels, all running what is essentially the original Fishin’ frenzy game. They all spin independently and the only interaction occurs when 3 or more scatters appear in one window. This triggers a pick-me with the possible results being Free Games (the usual bonus round on one set of reels only) and Super Games (the bonus round on all 4 sets of reels simultaneously).
As with the other versions of the game, the big win potential is during the bonus round when the Fisherman symbol is active, collecting fish for cash prizes. In Super Games, though, he only collects fish off his own set of reels, not all 4 sets.
Fishin’ Frenzy Power 4 has RTP of 96.06% and can be played from 10p per reel set (so 40p minimum spin value).

Slots O’ Gold is a five reel slot from Blueprint. Released in the summer of 2016, the game includes just 10 pay-lines although these pay in both directions. There are also three progressive jackpots.
You can bet a pretty penny that any slot game with an abbreviated title is going to be inspired by Ireland. In turn, this means that it’s going to be replete with all manner of clichés and stereotypes including harps, alcohol, rainbows, horseshoes, a leprechaun and such like. And SOG is most definitely no exception.
The reels are populated with a horseshoe (check), a harp (check) and a pint of stout (check). There are no reel symbol rainbows sadly although one can be seen in the game background…so ‘check’.
A leprechaun (check) serves as the wild who substitutes other symbols and also triggers re-spins. He’ll also become an expanded, sticky wild which can help boost pay-outs substantially. If you should be lucky enough to end up with a reel full of Rainbow Gold symbols, they’ll turn into the same symbol to increase your chances of creating a winning pay-line.
Slots O’ Gold is connected to the Jackpot King feature. Thus, you’ve got access to three progressive jackpots. These are activated whenever a golden crown appears in any reel position. The more that appear, the larger the multiplier you’ll receive. You’ll then play a pick me style game called the Kings Treasure in which you get to reveal your jackpot amount by choosing from an assortment of golden crowns.
RTP: 92.48%, Minimum Stake: 0.20
Mars Attacks! is a Jackpot King progressive jackpot slot by Blueprint Gaming, themed on the 1996 spoof science fiction film. In the tradition of Blueprint’s other comedy film themed slot Ted it has 5 different bonus rounds and 5 randomly Mars Attacks modifiers that can appear on any spin – so plenty to discover and enjoy.
The bonus rounds of Mars Attacks! are nice and varied – two are pick-mes, two are free spins with an extra wild feature and the top bonus round is enhanced free spins. Perhaps the most interesting of the modifiers is Mega Shrink Ray: this shrinks the reels to accommodate 5 symbols rather than three and they are then scored as 3125 ways to win rather than on the usual 20 paylines.
Mars Attacks! can be played from just 10p a spin and the Big Money boost in the bonus rounds can pay up to 1000x bet.

Eye of Horus Jackpot King is a five reel slot from Blueprint Gaming. Despite only 10 pay-lines, a dismaying 93.2% RTP and a theme that’s almost identical to its predecessor, EOHJK is proving really popular at the minute.
Nostalgia seems to be the main reason given that Jackpot ‘King’ (surely pharaoh?) is based on the classic slot machine game. But in contrast to its more illustrious predecessor, this latest installment isn’t half as engaging.
The Horus Wild appears on the three central reels and will expand to cover an entire reel – quite useful for forming winning pay-lines. There’s also a free spins round that kicks in when you mange to land three scatters. As well as being given 12 free spins, you’ll gain extra spins if any wilds appear during the round. They’ll also upgrade the symbols.
Central to play is a shy and retiring jackpot feature that triggers randomly. Should you be lucky enough to unlock this feature, you’ll be presented with reels decorated with crowns and blank space. Collecting crowns will see you acquire multipliers of up to 20x. You’ll need 15 of them in order to gain access to the Wheel King progressive jackpot.
RTP: 93.2%, Minimum Stake: 0.10
Fishin’ Frenzy the Big Catch is a five reel slot that’s the latest addition to Blueprint’s seemingly endless series of aquatic games. The main highlight of this particular effort is the free spins round which features upgradable cash rewards.
Blueprint’s overharvested Fishing Frenzy franchise is still best known for the highly-playable original, even despite the inclusion of a Megaways variant. And this one is heavily based on that classic debut title, featuring a similar free spins feature, the same RTP and the same simplistic game-play.
Sporting updated visuals, the goal is of course to land a minimum of three identical symbols from left to right, with a five symbol pay-line paying up to 300x your stake. Once again though, it’s the free spins round that’s absolutely central to play.
To trigger it you’ll have to land three, four or five scatters – you’ll then receive 10, 15 or 20 free spins respectively with all fish symbols during the round assigned with cash values. When one appears on the reels together with a fisherman wild, the value is reeled in and paid out in addition to any standard pay-line wins.
A ‘Big Catch’ meter with four levels is installed to the left of the reels that rises each time a wild appears during the free spins round. Four fisherman wilds are required to ascend through the level, each of which includes fish values of up to 50x your stake.
RTP: 96.12%, Minimum Stake: 0.10

Everyone’s favourite naughty plushie TED is back in a brand new game from Blueprint Gaming which can be played from 10p a spin. The 5 reel, 5 line slot is modelled on a fruit machine with a feature panel above the reels (hence the name) and this works particularly well on mobile (in portrait mode). Trigger the bonus game and the feature panel expands upwards revealing a complex set of bonus features; as in the original game, the aim is to reach the Big Money bonus and there’s certainly plenty of entertainment value to be had trying. The RTP is 96.57% if best strategy is followed.

Rick and Morty Wubba Lubba Dub Dub is Blueprint’s second release of 2020 tying in with the adult oriented Cartoon Network animated series and arguably it has a lot more to offer than the Megaways version which came out back in March.
Rick and Morty Megaways had a mere 4 bonus rounds; Wubba Lubba Dub Dub, which has 20 lines, has a massive 6 different bonus rounds plus 7 different modifiers and if you think this sounds familiar, you’d be right – it’s very reminiscent of other Blueprint “adult cartoon” titles such as Sausage Party and TED and there’s certainly lots of entertainment value to be had if you want to try out all those features.
Rick and Morty Wubba Lubba Dub Dub has RTP of 96.14% (albeit slightly worse than the Megaways version) and can be played from 10p a spin.
* 18+. New customers only. Min spend £10 on qualifying games. Certain deposit types excluded. £50 Bonus on selected games subject to 40x wager req. Free Spins for selected game only value 10p each. Set up in 2001, Blueprint Gaming began life as a land-based provider, creating slot and arcade games for bricks and mortar establishments. In 2008, it was acquired by the Gauselmann Group – a German gaming machine specialist that also operates a large chain of arcade and gambling venues.
The acquisition expanded Blueprint’s customer base to such a degree that its games are now present in more than 100,000 land-based terminals around Europe. Over the past decade, the company has converted most of them for web-based play, while also building a formidable portfolio of slots aimed squarely at online players.
Some of the most popular Blueprint slot games include Eye of Horus, Luck of the Irish, King Kong Cash and Mighty Griffin Megaways. As with all of the best casino software providers, these are now written in HTML5 and are available at most top online slot sites.
In addition to its own range of titles, Blueprint creates games in partnership with other developers, most notably sister-company Merkur as well as Reel Time Gaming with which it released Fishin’ Frenzy.
The company took this distribution model one step further in early 2020 by unveiling the RGS Platform – a third party developer program that allows independent studios to release their slot games across Blueprint’s extensive operator and player network.
As far as productivity levels go, Blueprint is one of the most active developers in the industry release on at least 20 new games each year.
Blueprint online slot games can be classified as follows:
The Pub Fruit series draws on the Blueprint’s land-based pedigree and comprises old-school five reel titles like Top Cat and Carry on Camping. Blueprint has also converted bricks-and-mortar titles from Reel Time Gaming such as 7s Deluxe, Crown Gems and Thai Flower.
The majority are five reel versions, with the exceptions of Carry on Camping and 7s Deluxe which feature traditional three reel configurations. Although relatively popular with players, classics like these remain something of a side-show, with Blueprint focusing most of its attentions on branded titles and video slots.
Classic Slots from Blueprint Gaming – Carry on Camping, Fishin’ Frenzy, Super Wild Bar X, Showtime, Top Cat
Blueprint’s back-catalogue of video slots features land-based ports and games developed specifically for an iGaming audience. Like NetEnt, standards tend to be high in terms of presentation and playability. Games often multiple bonus features as well – Sausage Party for example has no less than six bonus rounds.
Blueprint has also been known to tinker with the actual game areas as well as the reel configurations. For example, Power 4 series games like Gorilla Gold allow you to trigger up to four reel sets simultaneously. Then there’s Dragon Fall, with it’s 8 x 8 grid and more recently Rolling in Gold – the first Blueprint game to feature a 3-3-4-4-4-4 reel set up.
Popular Blueprint Gaming Video Slots – Buffalo Rising, Diamond Mine, Eye of Horus, King Kong Cash, Vikings Unleashed
Progressive Blueprint slots fall under the Jackpot King banner. Developed in partnership with BGO casino, they comprise two progressive jackpots that can by triggered with any stake size. In contrast to a lot of networked jackpot slot games, the prizes are also linked to scratch-card games. Standalone variants also form part of the package too, most notably Wish upon a Jackpot and Genie Jackpots.
Popular Blueprint Gaming Jackpot Slots – Fishin’ Frenzy Jackpot King, Genie Jackpots, Megabars Jackpot King, Wonders of Egypt Jackpot King, Wish Upon a Jackpot
Blueprint was the first developer to receive a Megaways licence from Big Time Gaming (BGT). The partnership was established in 2018, allowing Blueprint to design and release games using BGT’s ground-breaking random reel modifier system. Well over 40 Megaways slots have been released since then. Some are ground-up creations while others are adaptations of existing titles.
Having secured deals with the likes of Paramount Pictures and Warner Bros, Blueprint has been able to build an impressive range of branded online slots. Just like the licensed games from Red Tiger, Playtech and NetEnt, their titles span multiple genres. However, most are either based on blockbuster movies or TV shows. Blueprint’s branded collection also includes Jackpot Kings, Megaways and Pub Fruit variants.
Popular Blueprint Gaming Branded Slots – Deal or No Deal Megaways, Inspector Gadget, Rick and Morty Wubba Lubba Dub Dub, Sausage Party, Ted
The RTPs of most Blueprint online slots hover around the industry average of 96%. Those slots with the best RTPs include Fortunes of Sparta (97.04%), Diamond Mine Megaways (97.03%), Deal or No Deal: Go All the Way (97.36%) and Mighty Tusk (97%).
