Bingo Irish Review

Rating: 3

Bingo Irish is an Irish Luck themed Dragonfish bingo site with exclusive promotions and a great selection of slot games.

Bingo Irish is operated by 8 Ball Games (a subsidiary of Stride Gaming) and this means that the site benefits from having 8 Ball’s own far superior xCite loyalty program instead of the standard Dragonfish network plan. Bingo Irish has all the network standard bingo rooms and also offers a number of 8 Ball only promotions and bingo rooms including penny bingo every evening and a no lose bingo session once a week.

  1. this bingo site seems absolutely fraudulent… avoid at all costs… spend your money somewhere else!! i was playing in the high 5 room and had 3 full lines long before it popped up saying other people had won… i should have won the 2 lines prize and the 3 lines prize but… but didn’t… i assumed it was some kind of technical glitch as i;ve heard of it happening on other sites and thought it would be sorted out by contacting support…. i first spoke to the live help… but half way through the conversation the live help adviser left the room and stopped me from sending further messages… so i called the telephone helpline and spoke to an extremely rude unhelpful woman who refused to admit there could be glitch with the sites software which ended… wouldn’t even give me a refund for the money i deposited and put on the tickets… I googled the telephone number and noticed the bingo site has changed its name numerous times.., which leads me to assume that they changed the names because of bad reviews, as businesses sometimes do for a fresh start so there is no negative association in the media with the name….. i play on all the big name bingo sites and i’ve never had customer service so rude and to be honest i smell a rat with this site…. spend your money somewhere else guys!!! AVOID… AVOID…AVOID!!!!! it makes me wonder how many people its happened to without them realizing…. i often look away from the screen while playing bingo but lucky i was watching the screen this time… at least i know not to deposit anymore money now.. sorry I did in the first place though!!

    1. Sorry to hear this. To be fair to the operators of Bingo Irish, the High 5 bingo room is a Dragonfish network bingo room which can be accessed from any of the hundreds of sites on the Dragonfish network, and the support number (0800 901 2510) likewise belongs to the network provider and not Bingo Irish. It is the support number for all Dragonfish network sites regardless of who the operator is and that is why Googling it turns up so many differently named bingo sites.

      1. i didnt have a problem with the actualchat hosts… just the live help and the customer service advisor….. but thanks for informing me about the wider network bingo irish is associated with… ill be avoiding all bingo sites associated with the dragonfish network in the future… dont want to waste my money on glitchy games then have to deal with rude customer service again… it was quite shocking I’ve never had an experience like that on any other bingo sites i play on.
