Bingo Ballroom is a Dragonfish network site that is under 888 house ownership. It’s recently been given a fresh new look and upgraded to the latest, 2021 version of the Dragonfish lobby.
The ballroom dancer cartoons and dark colours of the original design have been replaced with bright pink, sparkles and a couple of real live partygoers making the whole vibe of the site much more upbeat.
Bingo Ballroom has all of the usual Dragonfish network bingo rooms – Chatterbox, Bounce’T, 90s Extreme, Big Fat 10, The Big £10K and many others including daily jackpot games – but no exclusives. With so many to choose from, though, that’s not really an issue. Most of the rooms are available for play with bonus and only a few are cash only, and most of them have hosted chat.
It’s a similar story with the slots. What you see on the home page is only a tiny fraction of what you’ll see when you get inside the lobby after logging in, although it does give you an idea of what the new lobby looks like. There’s hundreds games from a wide range of different providers including several 888 exclusives and most can be played with bonus (the ones that are real money only are clearly marked).
Bingo Ballroom does have a couple of minor differences to other Dragonfish network sites. One is the Bingo Shop where loyalty coins can be redeemed; coins can be collected at bingo and slot sites directly under the control of 888 (not white labels) – so Costa Bingo, Wink Bingo and others as well as Bingo Ballroom’s sister sites Beatle Bingo, Daisy Bingo and so forth. The great thing about this is that you can collect coins at any site and redeem them at any other site where you have an account.
Another difference is in the registration process – you’ll need to have a code sent by SMS to your phone which has to be entered to verify your account. Which means that (a) you need to have a mobile phone and (b) you need to be OK with giving them your number and opting in to communications.
If you’ve never tried a Dragonfish bingo site before, then, Bingo Ballroom is not a bad place to start, especially as the welcome offer lets you try slots as well as bingo.
Dragonfish have a standard Responsible Gaming policy which is accessible from the footer of the home page and from account settings in the lobby. It starts off with the usual advice, checklists and details of external organisations, blocking software, how to limit your exposure to gambling advertising on social media and so forth and then goes on to give details of the safer gambling tools and instructions on how to use them, with direct links to set deposit limits, take a break, self exclude (from just one Dragonfish site or from all of them) and/or unsubscribe from Dragonfish marketing material.
